WOW! This venue gives me chills just thinking about it. I am a local wedding planner here in the Jacksonville/Saint Augustine area and I have not seen anything like this space! This space is unique, intimate, industrial, romantic, and all things for a perfect event/wedding to take place. I have been blessed to have back to back weddings at the brick and beam this weekend and I can’t wait to be back! Ashley and her staff are so incredible, they are on it! My weddings went so smooth and seriously so amazing and I wouldn’t have done it with Ashley and her team. They are so accommodating and welcoming, I seriously felt so at home ❤️ This place is beyond a 5 star review, it’s definitely a place everyone must check out! Xoxo xoxo Events by Amanda
I don't even know where to start with this review of brick and beam...we are Springfield dwellers and were hoping to find a venue downtown or close to our home. After reaching out to B&B and connecting with Niki, we knew the minute we stepped into the space it was the one. First off, Niki was incredible to work with. She was so easy to cast vision with about our event, gave wonderful advice about what she thought would be the best set up for us to enjoy the event, and made some incredible vendor recommendations. We felt like Niki was as invested in our event (30th birthday party) being exactly what we envisioned it to be and a reflection of our personalities. The space was just amazing, the venue owners have thought through what it looks like to create a versatile space, one that has all the things you can imagine - loungy couches/chairs, incredible lighting, tables, chairs, a fire pit, table cloths, etc...all the things that just make the day of the event so much easier to prepare for. We felt lucky that the planning process was so stress free! The day of the event, Alaina and Breon were there to help park cars, set up, and just make sure I had the quarter back support I needed to have the party go off without a hitch. So grateful for this team and their intentionality to create ease in events. Brick and Beam, 10 out of 10, would recommend for all your event needs!
One of the coolest venues we have filmed at! We would highly recommend this venue to anyone holding any type of event! You will be thrilled to work with Ashley, she is super helpful, and is very knowledgeable about the event industry! Don't wait, this place will stay busy!
I had the honor of DJing the 1st Annual Springfield Prom last night at B and B, and the venue is really outstanding. I met Michelle and Michael there and they were fantastic. As you can see in pictures the layout is easy to configure, there are plenty of outlets for music/lighting, and guests can go outside and get fresh air in the patio out back. There is a lot of parking available, on premises. Really glad we have this venue in Springfield!
This was the venue for my best friends wedding and we had an incredible time! Alaina was great and definitely made the experience for us. She was on top of her game and so attentive to all of our needs.
Five Stars isn't enough. Brick and Beam never fails. The staff is always the best. If you are looking for a venue for a weeding, reception, baby shower, Speaking engagement, fashion show or whatever the occasion. Brick and Beam should be a first choice.
We had an incredible experience at brick and beam. From the initial walk through to the clean up Ashley and team were amazing! All of the guest complimented the space and the set up was perfect.
Pretty cool venue for parties and such. Old rustic feel. Location is a bit drab. Pretty poor neighborhood and a lot of shadey looking buildings near by. Its an up & coming Springfield but they have a long long way to go...maybe 20 to 30 years they will be there.
My experience with this venue for my wedding was not the best. I was promised things that never got delivered on. I also had designated contacts that the coordinators were supposed to speak with yet they called and texted me about EVERYTHING. COMPLETELY stressed me out even up to the wedding day. NOT TO MENTION they threw away my bouquet. Oh oh oh!!! The owner texted me and called me a liar and threatened to cancel my wedding THE DAY BEFORE due to a mix up. I kept all msgs just in case I need proof at anytime. I will forever remember this experience not because it was my wedding, but because the stress and frustration caused. It’s def not the venue that was the issue but those running it.
