Worked with Kevin at Bold Auto Transport and was pleased with the transaction. Once it was clear what the expectations were everything went smoothly. The independent hauler was very good to work with and we had no problems with the shipping. As the broker, I believe Bold Auto Transport worked with the shipper and agreed to a price that reduced their commission, bottom line price to me never changing. They did what we agreed upon and I have no problem with using them again.
Great price! Fast and efficient. Never had to worry about any issues they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Driver was kind and informative also arrived sooner than scheduled! Car was 100% intact once arrived. I would highly recommend and will use this service again.
I highly recommend working with Chris from Bold Auto Transport. I tried with 3 other transport companies, two with less than adequate communication, and no response, one was a complete scam. Chris gave me the confidence I needed, and had my vehicle set up for pick up within three hours, vehicle arrived the next morning. Couldn’t be happier. Excellent service, excellent communication.
What a wonderful company to work with. All the people we talked to or met during the transport of our van were incredibly courteous and helpful. Tom was incredible on the phone and answered all of our questions. Emrah the driver was one of the nicest people we have ever met. He made sure that our vehicle arrived in excellent shape. And of course the price was right as well.
I called about a month in advance to reserve a driver to ship my car. I didn't hear anything for the entire month and a week before it was supposed to be picked up I called to make sure that someone was still coming and they said that I will be contacted a few hours before pickup. No one called and the day of pickup they informed me that the driver had cancelled...... this screwed me over because I chose this company because they gave me the best quote. Now I have to find another company at a higher rate because of these guys poor communication! Terrible on their part and they lost a customer.
I was looking for a car transport company to transport a car I bought in Florida for my granddaughter who lives in South Dakota. Bold Auto Transport had excellent rates so I opted to go with them. Margorie was my customer service point of contact and she provided exceptional service. I had many questions and concerns as I had never used a transport service. When I had questions she answered promptly - most often within minutes after I sent the question. She reassured me when I got a little nervous and the company followed through on their promise to meet my timeline. The car was delivered 3 days prior to Christmas which made my granddaughter happy. Marjorie and all the other professionals at Bold Auto Transport made this a positive experience for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to transport their vehicle.
