Their driver, Mykolav, had no idea what he was doing. He drove my car in reverse over the truck's locking mechanism right in front of me during the delivery. I know this because he had to reverse extremely hard and I saw sparks flying as he got it off the truck. This set off a few of my dashboard lights upon starting the car. A local mechanic told me the wire harness was broken and fixed it for over $200. I submitted a claim through the carrier's insurance, but I was told their insurance doesn't cover electrical or mechanical damage.
