Emma was our server for ‘Robin’ day and we had great service and the food was delicious. She also asked if I had any allergies which was appreciated as most restaurants do not ask this. The restaurant was very clean. Beautiful decorations and atmosphere.
The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming elegant but still relaxed, making it perfect for both date night and casual dining. I ordered the Tom Kha which was delicious 😋 The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared. Every dish was well-balanced with great seasoning and presentation. You can tell care goes into the ingredients and cooking process. Service was attentive, friendly, and quick without feeling rushed. Staff was happy to answer questions and offered helpful recommendations. Overall, this spot delivers on ambiance, quality, and service. Definitely one of the better Thai dining experiences in the area and a place I would gladly return to and recommend to others.
Nice Thai restaurant with well-executed dishes and a calm dining atmosphere. The food presentation is nice - our favorite is the crab rangoon, I could eat the whole plate alone, twice!
Emma treated us like ROYALTY!! She is so know knowledgeable and referred the best dishes to us. Literally one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Thank you for an amazing experience, we will be back! Glass noodles were exceptional, the soup broth is so fresh, drinks came fresh, sweet tea is DELICIOUS!
A friend and I had an early dinner here. It has a welcoming and comfortable outdoor seating area along with a nice interior atmosphere. The food was delicious we had Yellow Curry which was delicious and my friend had coconut soup which she loved. Our waiter was fine. We received our food very quickly. By the time we were ready for our check, the restaurant had gotten busy and it was hard to track down our waiter for the bill. Just a small issue for a great meal. I recommend this restaurant!
We came on a Tuesday around 4 pm, and it was happy hour (yay!) we had pad Thai and crab Rangoon, absolutely delicious. Mine was level 3 pad Thai and it was spicier than I thought it’d be (I’m from Indonesia and we eat a lot of spicy food). Overall great experience, will come back!
Emma was an amazing server! She gave me tips on the menu from spice levels, to app and drink preferences since it was my first time. The crab rangoons and blue orchid fried rice were divine! She even signed me up for their rewards program when closing the tab because I will definitely be back.
Wife and I went here for a date night after hearing about the Crab Rangoon. It lived up to the hype, delicious! I personally had the Garlic and Pepper stir fry with white rice, and a Mai Tai. Fantastic flavors and portioned well. I asked for level 2 heat to play it safe, but I may try 3 next time. We enjoyed our seating, table for 2 outside. Server was late greeting us, but apologized, and was very attentive for the rest of the meal. We had a reservation, being a Friday night. Plan some time for parking, as it may be difficult. Overall a good experience, and I would like to try another visit in the future.
This was my first time here and dining in by myself. The only reason I can't was because they just a special going during the week with names and Thursday started with "Jer". I came in for the free meal. 😁 But all in all, the dining was wonderful, the greeted by the friendly greeter. My waitress, Kelseigh, greeted me in Thai and got me situated on ordering. The food was delicious and it was awesome experience. It's by the river so I might think about coming back for another experience and for the food.
One of our company’s favorite places to treat ourselves and celebrate success. This place never disappoints! Ambiance is nothing without excellent service and incredible food!! From the moment we sat down, Ely and Toni made us feel like VIP guests. The fact that Ely is new is a testament to the quality of servers Blue Orchid employs! These ladies were a joy to interact with. The lunch special gives so many options!! Being adventurous here always pays off (everything is delish!!), but my go to is the Garlic & Pepper Stir Fry with shrimp!! BOOM!! Thank you guys for being a consistent gem for Jax foodies!!
