This is the best bass pro shops there is. Just fun to walk around and see all the work they put in, its a shopping experience with amusements. Live animals, displays, little history musuem, even a gun range. They have so much here and the environment itself is just great. They even have a hotel, bowling alley, and restaurant. Its really a one stop shop. Very fun place.
We went here many of times we’ve even stayed in their cabin lodge. You would love to go there for the bowling 🎳 the food the upstairs elevator, even though I’m afraid of heights, I love it. I’ve even walked out on the pyramid, but I had to stay close to the wall. My husband goes out and take pictures and photos, but the experience is everything I like to see the fish 🐟 The shopping the arcades we never miss bowling 🎳 though. Some days when we have nothing to do, we go there.
A key place to visit in Memphis! The aquariums were top notch and clean. Very interesting fresh water life all around. $8 a person to go up to the lookout is a huge money maker for them. It’s insane to charge that much, but the view is so pretty, plenty of people paid it (including us!)
WOW simply amazing! Bass Pro Shops Memphis is truly like nothing I’ve ever seen before! From the moment I walked in I was immersed in a whole new world. There’s an actual swamp inside the store, complete with alligators and giant fish swimming around! It’s incredible to see what they've turned this pyramid into! The shopping selection is massive. They have clothing, shoes, candy, outdoor gear, fishing and hunting equipment, camping supplies, home decor, and so much more! No matter what you’re into whether it’s fishing, hiking, or just unique gifts, there’s something for everyone. I never thought I’d mention a bathroom in a review like this but theirs deserves a shout out, it’s designed beautifully, spotless, and truly impressive. The whole place is packed with fun things to do. There’s a huge sky-high glass elevator (the tallest freestanding in the nation!) that takes you up for an amazing view, an arcade, restaurants, a hotel to stay in, endless areas to explore! It’s not just a store, it’s a full adventure experience! If you’re in Memphis, do NOT miss this place. It’s part shopping trip, part theme park, and 100% unforgettable!
We walked around for two hours. Buying stuff we didnt need especially since we were traveling and did not have any room to carry more stuff. Super neat place. Huge. There was an elevator that took you all the way up to the top floor where you can see Memphis. The cost was $10 per person for the ride. There was a huge alligator display. The alligators were so cute. Also there was an aquarium with fish. Around the way you can see a small pond with fish. If you have time to spend, going here is definitely an outing.
I have never fished or hunted in my life but had an incredible time visiting this unique spot in Memphis. The layout was very unique with a lot going on. From the fish ponds, to the aquarium, to even the little museum they had upstairs, this was an enjoyable experience. Dont miss out on the elevator ride upstairs that has a gorgeous skyline view of Memphis and the Mississippi along with a cool bar and restaurant. Highly recommend for anyone to checkout. Even if you aren't a hunter/fisher like me, there is something for anyone to see and try.

We stayed in the Hotel. The rooms were very cool and clean. The restaurant was very cool but pricey. The bourbon Salmon was excellent. Had mixed reviews on the food within our group. We also went bowling while staying.

First of all, HUGE shout-out to the staff — everyone we encountered was super friendly and very helpful. This place is massive. I mean MASSIVE. And it’s loaded with all the Bass Pro things you could ever want — boats, ATVs, kayaks, Yeti gear, clothing… if you have an outdoor hobby, you’ll find something here. They have live fish, ducks, AND alligators, plus more taxidermied animals than I could count. The layout is very aesthetically pleasing — it’s just a fun place to walk around and explore. There is an actual hotel INSIDE the pyramid, and a restaurant at the very top. For $8 for adults / $5 for kids you can ride the glass elevator up to the observation deck — and the views are absolutely spectacular. You can literally see for miles — the Mississippi River, Memphis, AND Arkansas. They also have an indoor shooting range, plus shooting video games if you just want something fun and casual. There was even an area set up for Santa’s Village when we were there, which would be a cute stop with kids. Bathrooms were spacious and clean — always a plus. Overall — this is not your “typical” Bass Pro. It’s an experience. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in Memphis.
