I've been going here for a while, but yesterday caused me to stop going. It was pretty busy and I ordered two chè before 4 other people. They told me it was going to take a while and I waited and waited. Then, I noticed everyone who ordered after me had gotten their drinks after waiting for 25 minutes. I went up to them after it stopped being busy and told them I never got my drinks. Of course they forgot about my order and left it back in the kitchen. They even got my order wrong and the drink was watered down from how long the ice was sitting there so my drink practically tasted like nothing when I got it. They never apologized after I confronted them about it. My friend even got a free cinnamon roll the day before for no reason, but I couldn't even get an apology?
My wife and I ate there tonight and it was sooo good. We started with a nutella banana crepe that was so good it didn't stand a chance because it was gone in a heartbeat. Then I had the pork belly sandwichand. I really liked the crusty bread with all the super fresh ingredients. The owner is a wonderful lady that really pays attention to detail and only wants to give her customers the best products available.
I love this place!! I come here a lot with my daughter and the drinks are always delicious. We've ordered in the store and also through the website listed on the Maps profile and it's worked great every time. Customer service is wonderful too!!
In the last 3 days, I have gone to Bambu Desserts & Drinks and each day have been served with HIGH QUALITY items and AMAZING customer service. I've order the Salted Caramel Frape (perfectly blended, strong coffee used - no chunks of ice, percentage of sweetness is able to be shared with the staff when ordering), Salted Caramel Iced Coffee (strong coffee used, amount of ice is able to be shared with staff according to your preference, percentage of sweetness able to be shared with staff when ordering - delicious), Hazelnut Mocha hot (strong coffee, smooth NOT gritty, perfect sweetness - I ended up ordering 2 of these during one trip because it was so good), Strawberry Fruit Smoothie (perfectly blended, no chunks of ice, delicious, perfect sweetness), Mango Fruit Smoothie (perfectly blended, no chunks of ice, delicious, perfect sweetness), Taro Lover (my friend substituted the coconut milk with regular milk) she loved it and went back to Bambu the next day for more and took her family with her:). In addition to this, I am ADDICTED to the chocolate chip cookies sold here! This establishment is clean and offers a lot of seating. Parking is available behind the facility. I highly encourage this business! The only thing I didn't like are the jellies that are in some of the drinks - but I am American, so it is just because I am not sued to these and didn't like them. I am sure if I asked, that the staff at this business would make my drinks without the jellies. Overall - I highly recommend this business - I am heading there right after I finish submitting this review 😊! THE ONLY THING I WILL RECOMMEND is that the large sized hot beverages are way too small (see picture)...the cold/iced drinks are large but the hot beverages are more of a medium size.
Love this place!! The best mochi ice cream I have had, and love their tea and che as well. I will change my 4 stars to a 5 if they can get my order right... I usually order the fruit madness che, and three times I have asked for passionfruit popping boba to be added. 2/3 times they have failed to add it. :( It's still good without it but that really kicks it up a notch.
Probably one of the best boba tea places in town. The employees are always nice. The sitting area is always clean and sometimes there is nice chill lofi music playing. A great place to sit and draw or bring a friend to enjoy some great quality boba. My favorite is the taro milk tea smoothie with boba. Next best is Thai milk tea. Don’t forget about the boba! 🧋❤️

Delicious!!! The cashier was very friendly and answered all the questions I had about the menu since I had never been there! I choose the honeydew smoothie with mango popping Boba so good! I can’t wait to go back and try more things on the menu everything looked so good. Also the restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend
Nice little place. Love the interior and decor. Service is great. The gal behind the register was very sweet and knowledgeable. Drinks are tasty. Updated Review: It's been awhile since I've been here. Went recently. It seems like the drinks are not like how they used to be. The textures are off. The flavors are off. Service is slow. Ordered a drink and it was gooey. The other one I ordered was aesthetically beautiful because of the vibrant colors, but lacked the liquid/coconut. Most of it was the jello stuff. After a few sips, it wasn't even a beverage anymore. Quite disappointed.
Clean and friendly staff. A lot to choose from. I’ve tried most items on the menu and all tasted great. Photo was the passion tea.
