I love the fruit addict and summer delight che. They are scrumptious! The banh mi are tasty too! Sometimes the order takes a long time to make, even if ordering online. I would recommend ordering and waiting to head to pick it up. We ordered online and it was 30 min to get there and it still wasn't done. We were the only ones there, too. It's happened on more than one occasion. However, I will still get the che because they're so good

This place is always really awesome. Ive had almost everything on the menu at this point and it never disappoints. Locally owned and with vegan/vegetarian options. The crepes are delicious and large as well, perfect if you wanna light snack to share. I love the setup and design of the place as well.

My favorite bubble tea place in town! They have so many add-in options that you can’t find at other bubble tea places. I love that you can control the sweetness as well, as I don’t like things that are very sweet. I usually get unsweetened jasmine green tea and a few lightly sweet add-ins, and it is plenty sweet for me! Their banh mi sandwiches are very good too! Bambu always has fun surprises, so I make sure to stop by every time I’m in the area.

Employee was understanding and patient with us. Also they were very helpful when trying to avoid specific ingredients or wanting to know allergen information. Some of the best coffee I've had so far in the area. Price is excellent for what you get.

Service is so rude and bubble tea is mediocre at best. Go to Dragonfly Tea Zone down the street instead. The first time I came here, I had a great experience with a worker who told me that if I didn’t like my tea to let her know and she would make me another. Today was my second time and I brought a friend. I wanted to go out on a limb and try a new flavor, but I was worried I wouldn’t like it so I this cashier (a different person) questions about it. She gave me inaccurate information, saying that the red flavor was just a flavoring and not actual red bean. She also told me she had never tried it herself. So I asked her if I didn’t like it could I swap it for another. She said yes. THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON I WENT OUT ON A LIMB TO TRY IT- BECAUSE SHE SAID YES. I got the bubble tea and it was disgusting. There were little bits of bean skin getting stuck in my teeth. Absolutely horrid. So I came up and politely asked for my go-to flavor taro and she said to me rudely: “yeah but you’re gonna have to pay for it.” I was like “What? But I asked you if it would be okay to swap it out and you said yes. Otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten it.” She said angrily “let me go ask my manager if I can do that” and stormed to the back. She came out a few minutes later and said “yeah she said no.” I understand if this isn’t policy but then that cashier should have made that clear upfront instead of telling me yes and then changing her mind and saying no. I’m deleting the original review I left, which is sad because the girl who served me the first time was so friendly and kind and made the whole experience. I will not be going back here ever.

Amazing Chè drinks, I've been craving one for years but couldn't find a place locally. Their Banh Mi sandwiches are really good and nicely size for the price. This place will be a go to spot when I'm on that side of town.

I like the convenience of having a Starbucks at your favorite store. Lines were short and the staff was really helpful and patience with my order. I order a matcha green tea lemonade. It was new and it was refreshing. My order came out in a timely matter and staff was friendly too. Would go back here again.

Been coming here for many years. The visit today was the worse I have experienced. I ordered one boba tea and one Fruit Addict. It has been more than 30 minutes and my order is still not out. I overheard her telling another customer that if she ordered waffle, it will be a 30-40 minutes wait. Much as I like the drinks, unless the speed improves, we will not be back.

Honestly I haven’t gone to this place yet but we have this in denver and I am sooo excited they finally opened one here in Kansas !!!! I’m definitely going to give it a try soon.

Update: The owner Giang contacted me via email and offered free replacement drinks for us to try out again. My husband and I gave them a chance and ordered some che and coffee. Che was just as good as before and coffee was fantastic. We had to order more to go. I glad they haven't changed the ingredients and always use fresh fruits for their drinks. The price is also very reasonable considering the fresh ingredients they use. I would like to thank the owner and staff for their hospitality and flexibility. This was and has been my most favorite place to go in KC. Highly recommend the store! Some other people complained about the wait. I've been here more than 20x and never had to wait for more than 10min. 11/2022: This place has gone downhill. We used to come here a lot and their drinks were always fresh and good. Yesterday we ordered number 6 che again and it was horrible. They changed their ingredients. They didn’t use the good coconut milk but used POWDER. I could taste the powder in every spoon and it was nasty. The drink wasn’t even sweet enough. It’s too bland for me And I eat bland. My parents couldn’t even finish their drinks because it tasted horrible. We won’t come back!
