They are a gem to have in the Beverly area as they are knowledgeable about cars, courteous and friendly while still being professional; they work to ensure the best customer experience and are way cheaper than the dealerships. Elijah and the front desk were extreme professionals. They gave me a fair quote and communicated with me every step of the way. They send you online quotes and keep everything transparent. I took my vehicle in for an oil pan leak. They replaced the oil pan and added new oil and my car is running very smoothly. I recommend this establishment to anyone who wants quality, and professional service!

Whatever day they quoted you that it’ll be done add at least 4 days to it. Definitely rent a car to account for the length of time it’ll be there. Don’t make any plans they cannot guarantee anything. It’s always they don’t know. I’ve never been to a place this bad. I have a 20 year old car so I know what I’m talking about. My car gets worked on fairly often due to its age. I’ll make sure I go back to the previous places for now on. They take their leisure and it’s so disrespectful. Like I said rent a car as soon as you drop yours off if you choose to come here it’ll be awhile.
