I’ve taken my car here quite a few times and the staff are always super friendly and professional. They keep in constant contact with me while my car is in their care to keep me updated on what’s going on. Would recommend to anyone.

Once again I went in for service and they did not disappoint. Opened their doors on time, kind, courteous and fair priced. If you have not had the pleasure of having your vehicle serviced here, you are missing out on a great experience.

Went in for an oil change. I'm from out of town, and they happened to fit me in without an appointment, even on a full day of appointments. Went in with the engine running rough, came out with an oil change and the engine putting like a kitten The guys there are great, respectful,, kind, and honorable. Much Appreciated.

These guys are professional and very knowledgeable about foreign cars. They gave me recommendations on what needed to be done to preserve the life of my vehicle will highly recommend them if you need work done. 👍🏽

I had B service performed, on my 2017 GLS 450 - Everyone was extremely professional, friendly , & it was a nice& clean establishment… My vehicle was taken care of & I was given a full diagnosis on any future repairs needed accordingly to importance . Autonology is our go to shop for maintenance and repairs on our import vehicles. I’ve been dealing with them for years and NEVER had an issue. First their techs are stellar at pin point diagnosis. No guessing, deducing or worst throwing parts at issues wasting money. They truly are experts in their fields knowing exactly what you need. They service most/all imports. When I go there it’s always a selection of fine automobiles there good to know mines are in good company lol. They use only factory parts that insure you get the best quality parts designed for your vehicle by the manufacturer that won’t void factory warranty if you need to take to dealership or fail prematurely. They are so good at what they do and competitive at pricing they tend to be busy but if you call in first one of their experienced and friendly service writers will find you a date/time that’s convenient and they have generous hours to accommodate busy work schedules. Their new office is magnificent! Recently remodeled and spacious. It’s definitely not the typical waiting room it is clean, updated and easily to go in and out of if you want to go outside to take a quick walk to grab some food from numerous food establishments on Western Ave (gotta try Nicky’s) If your import needs service I highly recommend them. I cannot say enough good things about Auto Nology. They repaired the transfer case on my BMW and were professional, honest, and reasonable throughout the entire process. As anyone with a BMW knows, a transfer case repair is not a small job, and the team was incredibly patient while I worked through everything. They never pressured me and were even kind enough not to charge storage fees while I made arrangements. The communication was excellent, the work was completed professionally, and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me rather than just making a sale. I have been coming to Autonology since I moved here last Dec. Gene makes it happen for me! I wish everywhere had customer service like this! He makes me feel safe and trusted and is always honest. He helps me prioritize repairs and has always got me in and out. This place overall is amazing but Gene really makes all the difference in the world! Hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust. Highly, highly recommend.

I've been coming to autonology for quite a few years with my 2005 Toyota 4Runner. And the reason I still have that car is because of them. They do top quality work. And I've never had to bring it back for the same issue. The staff is friendly and courteous. Mechanics are outstanding. A little pricey but it's worth it to have that peace of mind knowing that my car is running in tip top shape!
