Ive been going here since 2018. They have always been very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, a bit meticulous and trustworthy. I bring all 3 of my vehicles here. I am a new customer to Autonology. I had a great experience with Eugene, he was polite and attentive. They did an overall check of my vehicle and explained all issues in detail. They did an excellent job on fixing what I authorized them to complete. I will definitely return. I recommend Autonology to anyone who own a foreign vehicle. Thank you.

What started out as what I thought was a bargain for a B service (oil changed and air cabinet filters replaced), less than 6 months ago for my 2020 Mercedes, has turned out to be a total nightmare! A month ago I scheduled replacements for my battery and 2 front tires with Autonology, and now $4000 later I still ended up having to take my car to the Mercedes dealership who had performed the A service on my car, and they diagnosed and fixed it for FREE under the dealership warranty. Not only was I given what sounded like training scripts used to hustle customers to pay for services, but the details on my paper invoice differed from what was in the invoice report they emailed me per my request. The email version had additional and fabricated information. A check engine light that incidentally appeared post Autonology, that they kept charging me more and more for, and still did not find or fix the problem. I never saw any other race customers other than African American. Customer service was ok, but not worth $4000. A vast majority of the vehicles i saw in their lot for service were older models. These were just a few red flags I noticed. It appears they are not qualified to properly diagnose and service newer model expensive vehicles. If you own a newer model vehicle, save yourself the trouble and take it to the dealership. I tried to take the cheaper way out and had to learn the hard way by paying more for services than the dealership charged. This was a nightmare for me. If I could have given a zero I would have because I feel hustled, they did a clear bait and switch. Don't let it be you. Mercedes gave me videos of the problem, and it was a minor issue fixed for free. Autonology emailed me about 10 pictures, 1 picture of a check engine light to support the rip off, and the rest were of my car as if I didn't know what it looks like. Now I question if I even needed new control arms for $3300, or was that a hustle, where were the pictures of that?

I’ve been coming to this auto shop for more than 15 years starting with my Volkswagen then my Mercedes, my BMW and now my jaguar F pace they always have the best service and they prices beat the dealership by far. I give them five stars any day of the week thank you guys so much for your amazing customer service.

Absolutely love Autonology! I’ve been getting my cars (Acura, Toyota, GMC, & Cadillac) serviced here for the past 7 years and have never had an issue. From my transmission to my brakes, the labor and communication have always been very efficient ;)

You’ve seen them as you’re driving on Western Ave, with those cars in the lot. You probably considered bringing your foreign car in for service once or twice. Well guess what, they are better than you ever imagined. I bit the bullet asked a couple of my Beverly friends if they’ve used Autonology before and not only had they used them, but they highly recommended me to use them too. From the first phone call, the service was very friendly and efficient. They were willing to squeeze me in almost last minute to accommodate my schedule. The service area was exceptionally clean and modern. I worked with Elijah who was very friendly and reassured any anxieties I may have had. The service I had performed was quick and Elijah ensured I was updated every step of the way. I will definitely be a regular, hope you become one too. Did I say how clean it was?

Don't recommend AT ALL. Especially for women!! They get over on women. My mom took her car in for work she thought she needed in the back of her car, they said it was the front and so called fixed it, afterwards they told her it was the back. We like what the hell?!?!? Long story short they charged her 2,500 for not fixing her car and then had the car for almost 2 weeks. I will make it my business to report them to BBB and make sure I tell all my family and friends not to the their vehicles there. I have a strong social media presence also, I will make sure to put my reviews on IG and Tiktok. This is ridiculous!!! They don't deserve the 1 star....

The guys at Autonology are the best. From their knowledge to their personalities, they pay attention to every detail. Not only did they fix the issues BMW and other mechanics say was difficult and would cost upwards of $16k at half the cost, they also fixed issues they found along the way at their cost. That was over $6k in savings. My BMW runs great now. Thank you Sam and team for portraying what other mechanics couldn’t portray.
