Fast, professional and courteous service I knew my wife’s Mini Cooper needed some serious work. I had to call a mechanic to make a house call to get the car running so she could get to her job. The mechanic said the upper head of the motor needed to be replaced at an extraordinary cost. So much for him. Then I took the car to a well known foreign car shop on Kedzie in Evergreen Park and was treated with extreme rudeness when I simply asked him where he needed me to park. So much for him. Finally I remembered the foreign car specialist called Autonology on Western and took the car there. By this time you can imagine my skepticism walking into their shop but honestly it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Not only was I greeted as a valued customer but I was informed of every diagnostic and cost. I was quoted an estimate for the repair based on parts and labor that struck me as correct. But get this, Autonology called to tell me that the estimate was reduced because of a lower total price of the parts as ordered!!! Needless to say Autonology was a great experience. The car was finished in two working days and my wife said it drives smoothly like a sports car. I highly recommend this shop for its honesty, courtesy and professionalism. They have my business in the future.
