Repair shop be waisting people time and do not be fixing or inspect customer cars properly want you to leave your car there for 3 or 4 hours while they suppose to be checking it I stood and watched for employees leave at the same time and come back nothing I was there for got done twice so I went to the dealership spent 100 dollars on a real service on my car everything they found in one hour by their machine called crown and they denied they from doing any work on my car like really I’m just trying to drive my car safely and not have to keep coming 30 mins out my way so they can play with my car and the parts that need to be fixed have a warranty so I don’t know what the problem is but I feel some type of way safety should be #1 and y’all not taking that into consideration they way my car been peace together by this shop and then they basically force me to let them do the work to my vehicle I’m not happy as a customer

Then I WAS GIVEN A 2011 KIA SORENTO THAT AFTER 2 YEARS STARTED HAVUBG PROBLEMS WITH THE HKRN NOT BLOWING THE WHEEL BEARING BREAKING AND WENT TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE AND THEY DOUBLED MY PATMENT OVER $600 MONTHLY FOR A 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE WHEN I TRADED MY PREVIOUS VEHICLE 2011 KIA SORENTO FROM THEM WENT FROM $386 monthly o $612 monthly. Lisa AT THE ROCK HILL STORE WILL SWINDLE YOU INTO A BIG MESS AND JOHN THE FINANCE MANGER IS OF NO USE AND WILL NOT ATTEMP TO HELP SOLVE ANY OF THESE ISSUES. Mr DAVIS IS TRY LUCIFER IN HUMAN FORM .
