Not only were they the most reasonably priced out of the four places we called, but they were extremely responsive, professional, and did a fantastic job! I hope we don’t need many more windshield replacements in our life, but if we do, we will be back!

Exceptional service and timely response. Chipped windshield was fixed same day as initial contact. Chris delivered outstanding workmanship and explained the process in detail. Highly recommend!

They wasted no time, got things handled with my insurance as soon as we got on the phone and scheduled next day service at my home. The installation was a breeze, they handled everything and did it faster than I could eat lunch. I'll be sure and call them again if/when I have a need again.

I had my windshield replaced, guy that came out did a good job on the windshield but he but messed up my matte wrap. You can clearly see where he "smeared" what appears to be glue and it won't come off no matter what I do. I contacted Chris about the issue and gave him over a week to reply yet I was ignored. Ironically he's lightning fast when it comes to getting someone to make an appointment though.... I'm not using this company's services again. You can't charge the amount you do and come mess up something else on the car! How unprofessional.

HORRIBLE customer service! My wife called FastGlass to repair a broken rear window on our SUV. They quoted her a price over the phone to which my wife agreed. Two installers arrived at our house and began attempting to install the rear window when they told my wife that they would have to remove the spoiler and that it would cost $50 additional. After they left, my wife and I were looking at the window and noticed that the weather strip was not installed correctly. There was a gap on both ends that would allow water down into the rear door. I called the company back and explained the problem. My wife sent pictures at their request to show the issue to include pointing at the gap. The installer replied to my wife's photo in a very rude manner saying "Don't shove your finger in it" as if that was the issue. I called back and spoke with the installer. At first he was very defensive and argumentative. I was trying to explain the problem and he said that is how it is supposed to be. We later took our vehicle to a dealer and they agreed that the weather strip was not reinstalled correctly. When I called FastGlass back to see if a resolution could be reached they said the owner would call me back. I waited several days and nobody called back. Horrible customer service.

They provided great customer service and were able to come out to my apartment within 1 day. They were done in an hour and were cheaper than 3 other options I looked at. Would use again

There is nothing "fast" about this place. Have a rock chip with little cracks so called in for an appointment Chris (I assume he is the owner) answered the phone, and told me to send him a pic and he will give me an estimate. He sounded disinterested and emotionless on the phone. I proceeded to send him a picture of the chip, he just replied with the price in one word, nothing else. I proceed to ask him some follow up questions and tried to setup a time for the appointment and he finally replied after an hour, asking me for the address. I send the address and never heard from him anymore. My city is listed in the "area served" area on the website, mind you. I waited for a few hours and asked him for his schedule, no response. Waited for a day and asked if my city is not being served with his company anymore, no response. As a potential customer I feel like I was begging to pay for his service. Maybe my job is too "petty" for them? Who knows.

I highly recommend FastGlass. Chris was awesome! He's professional, timely and had the most reasonable price. I really appreciated how he communicated during the entire process. Chris provides a high quality service.

We called late in the day Sunday and they came out first thing Monday morning. James was able to get our windshield replaced in less than an hour!

Very professional and friendly service. Got four chips cured on two of our vehicles. Result are amazing as well. Very convenient and dependable as he showed up on time and was able to do the repairs in less than 30mins.
