Chris and James did a great job replacing my window after a break in. They went above and beyond to make sure I got an OEM replacement and they accommodated my schedule. FastGlass will be my first call if I am ever in this situation again.

Chris, the owner, responded to inquiries quickly and professionally. He showed up right on time and had our windshield repaired very quickly. Nice guy and highly recommended. I placed the repair request online late Monday night and had the window replaced the very next day. Thanks Chris.

As I was driving to work, an 18 wheeler drove past me and a rock cracked my windshield. I called Chris from FastGlass and replaced it in minutes after meeting me at my job. Very professional and great fast experience good pricing especially it being a short notice. Thank you Chris for the job well done. I also appreciate that the repair comes with a warranty.

When I spoke to Michelle she was very professional she explaining things to me about my windshield. The young man that showed up to change my one windshield was on time and cleaned up after him self. I most definitely will recommend to family and friends

I had no idea that the crack in my windshield could get repaired under my insurance in less than 10 minutes! They had my insurance people on the phone in like 10 seconds and the whole process takes like no time. I was dreading having to deal with it but Chris made this a very positive experience. Very easy. I reviewed this company on the other listing for their business at 5050 Quorum Dr, Dallas, TX 75254. I am posting my same review here in hopes that I can get a response since it seems the owner has responded to reviews here. I have called, texted, and left countless voicemails over the last 3 weeks and have been completely ghosted. The below sums up what happened. Cannot recommend these guys at all. I was visiting Dallas from out of town for the weekend when my car was broken into and they came out to repair the glass same day which was great, but on the drive home I noticed some wind noise. They installed the window crooked, glass was still rattling around in my door, and the door panel was still loose and not even reattached. I called to ask them if they would help and they agreed to, then completely ghosted me. I called the shop, the tech, and the owner and no one will give me a real response. The main shop number will never answer my cell phone number. I also asked them for an actual invoice so that I could try and get reimbursed through my insurance and they won't send me that either. I can understand if they want to avoid me so they don't have to pay to fix their incomplete work, but the fact that they won't even give me an invoice for my insurance reimbursement is very irritating. I would suggest staying away from these guys if at all possible. I am certain there are other shops in the area that would do a much better job and have more respect for their customers. I am now out $325, no way to submit to insurance, and will have to get the window repaired again anyways because they did not do the job properly. I am hoping this is all just one giant misunderstanding, but I am genuinely baffled by the lack of response from these guys. I stopped fighting them on repairing my window that they didn't fix in the first place. All I want them to do now is send me a copy of an actual invoice so that I can get my insurance to reimburse me. And it has been complete radio silence. Edit: I got a response from the owner after posting my first review then again just now after posting this one....but his response was not how he could help...this was his response: "Bro you're tearing up my Google my businesses..What makes you think". So for anyone looking to have their glass fixed, think about the person you are trusting to do this.

They took about an hour came to my home. Great deal. I got a windshield with no issues.
