Chris was extremely professional but pointing out 3 chips I had on my windshield. I highly recommend having him fix any chips or cracks you have may have. Also he made working with insurance extremely easy. Highly recommend his services.
Chris noticed i had chips in my windshield and was SO polite and informative about what i should do to take care of it ! He called my insurance company to set up everything. Repaired the chips quickly and did an amazing job. Highly recommend their services !! :)
This was genuinely the worst experience I have had with an auto repair company. They charged me $513 for my front passenger window to be repaired compared to Safelite’s $360 quote. They were able to come out 2 days before Safelite so I went with them. They repair my window and my door handle was no longer working. I reach out and the front desk says it’s not their fault and that it wouldn’t be impacted by the window. (Even though they took the door panel off) She says that she’ll let the owner know. Two days pass by and I hear nothing so I reach out again and she says that they will put me on for warranty on Monday. I stay in the car as they fix the door handle (since it didn’t go well last time) and my door panel gets scratched in three separate spots. I mention it to the window techs and they just said that it was already there. (It wasn’t.) Their workers are sloppy, lack accountability & do not understand basic customer service. Save your money & you to a reputable business like Safelite where they will fix your window without also damaging your vehicle and effecting the functionality of your door handles. Paying $150 extra to have to keep taking time out of my day for further repairs is unacceptable. I do not recommend this business.
FastGlass was quick and did an excellent job repairing my windshield. I requested a repair on Sunday evening and they came to me the next morning for a repair that took less than 20 min. I highly recommend them and would use their services again.
I was only in Dallas for the day and desperately needed my windshield replaced ASAP. I called FastGlass and they got the job done! Chris was fantastic and does business with integrity.

I just had my windshield replaced by theese guys and they did a great job. I have two young children and and I had to have this fixed right away. I called around for a while before I ended up on the phone with this company they went above and beyond as far as meeting me somewhere that had stuff to do while I was waiting for everything to set and getting it done as quick as possible. The installers had great attitudes and had me laughing half the time they were doing work on my ride and the other half of the time was filled with with workmanship worth speaking of. My hats off to the whole team that took care of me today. U guys will be recommended to anybody that ask about glass work.

After a horrible experience with another repair company, these guys really went above and beyond helping me get my windows fixed. They were on time, super nice and super professional. I can Not say enough nice things about them.
I needed an emergency windshield replacement and Chris got me in for his first available spot ASAP. He returned my call/VM quickly and communicated throughout the process. He made sure I had everything (info) I needed in terms of what I needed to do post replacement in recalibrating my cameras, and to take care of the new windshield.
