don’t waste time driving to auto factory they don’t have any vehicles they list on the website bunch of clowns try to get you in the dealer remember it’s a “no hassle” dealer lol BUYER BEWARE!!
Purchased a car thru them and a year and a half before I purchased it there was a recall they NEVER fixed. Now my car isn’t worth fixing!!!
Bill was such a delight and really worked with us to find the right car. He was fully transparent about the cost of the car and what services are offered by Auto Factory. I really appreciated all his honesty and his ability to find us a car that matched all our needs and expectations. I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this location and Bill!
The experience I had here from start to finish was alright. The car itself is a great car in general since it’s a Honda. The service I received here was standard and was just like any other dealer. I purchased a car here some months ago, and let me start off by saying this - It took nearly TWO weeks for me to even drive off with the car. One week was because of the down payment issue, and me having to come in on my own timing to hand it to them. The other week was due to servicing for the car. The whole TWO weeks though - I received little to NO updates on the car that I just purchased. I was a bit concerned and asked for updates, and kept having to do so until I pretty much drove off the lot with the car. I came home with the car, and it hasn’t been a full on week - the car is having issues. I had major lights come on the dash flashing and beeping at me one day. I had another situation with the car where one day it just suddenly died. I couldn’t start my car up. The first issue I mentioned previously regarding all the lights on the dash flashing and beeping - they were willing to resolve it. Did I get it fixed ? No, because I had personal things going on and I was on a tight schedule. I scheduled appointments about 1 or 2 times with them. I couldn’t really attend them the days they wanted me to come in because again I had a tight schedule. I decided to drive up there because I had a bit of time. I was expecting them to at least fix the issue. But they couldn’t because they returned the parts they needed to fix my car with. Let alone, I called the service desk and told them I was arriving in about 2 hours. I showed up, and was pretty much told the same thing. I literally was driving back and fourth to them. Through out all this - I was still having a hard time contacting and calling this place to see if I could reschedule the appointment. I luckily had someone answer the phone when my car completely was dead && all I was told was to pay a TOW truck for the car to get here. At this point, I don’t know what’s wrong with my car. I still haven’t gotten my car fixed, and I don’t plan on coming back here to get it situated. I owned the car for about some time and I put a bunch of maintenance && money into the car itself. I had to purchase a brand new battery. I had to buy brand new wipers. It came with no rugs so I went ahead and purchased them. I had to clean it thoroughly because it just had some weird scent in the car. I just temporarily put in spark plugs. I had to have someone check out the AC unit because it wasn’t blowing cold air. I couldn’t even get my car inspected on time because of all the issues that came up. The whole process here was absolute TRASHHHHH 👎🏽. Some of these issues were minor and I didn’t really care enough to make it a big issues. But problem after problem for a car I just got ??? I didn’t expect the car to have this much issues since I just got it at the dealer. But I was wrong. I felt so out of place trying to even get it resolved when I went there but it resulted in me getting SOO heated with the service guy at the front because he wasn’t trying to help either. It shouldn’t take me to get a bit aggressive and upset for a manager to appear when I requested for one from the get go. If I had the chance to return the car back here to save me the headache .. I would do that in a heart beat 🤷🏽♂️

We had a very positive experience with Auto Factory as we looked for a car for my daughter to purchase. I dislike the process of buying a vehicle, and Bill @Auto Factory made it everything so easy. None of the usual multi-salesperson/manager noise that keeps you at a dealership for 3 hours. We were in and out in an hour and picked the car up two days later. I would definitely recommend Auto Factory if you are looking for a used vehicle.
