We used Ascend for hail damage repairs to our house. Chad was awesome to work with! He was very detailed in his documentation of the damage and dealt with our insurance co. The repair quality was excellent. The crews showed up when scheduled. We highly recommend this company!

Roof replacement after the big hail storm last year. But it was more than just the roof, new gutters, new siding. All orchestrated dealing with a difficult to work with Insurance adjuster, but persistent with effective communication throughout the journey. I'd use them again and recommend them as well.

Excellent, on time work with exceptional communication throughout. Jared got our insurance company to replace our roof when others failed! Ascend took care of everything - roof, gutter, solar removal and replacement, paint, window trim. But mostly took care of US!

I am writing this note to let you know about your employee that works for you. Paul Dantze has been a God send since he started to work on the construction of the roof on our house among other damages that were caused by a hail storm we had. He was very pleasant to work with and very professional for the entire project. We live in a complex with a HOA, he helped us when we had a problem with the HOA. Again, he came to our rescue with our mortgage company. The mortgage company wanted a lot of paper work, being, 86 years old I had no idea what they wanted. When I showed Paul he took over most of the problems and have been resolved. Paul would make it a point to see that the workers were doing everything right. When the roof was completed he was there checking it out to make sure everything was picked up including all nails. There are so many things I could write about Mr. Dantze so instead I will sum it up this way: * Paul is Professional *Paul is a great supervisor he is also good with his workers. *Paul is very good and aware of things that aren't going right *Paul is most pleasant to work around and talk to him We have enjoyed Paul in the time we have spent with him in person and on the phone.
