Ascend did a fabulous job helping us get our home back in shape after a large hail storm. They were able to negotiate with our insurance company to make sure that we got coverage for all of the things we needed done….which was a lot! Everyone who works there is friendly and hard working and we are very happy with how things turned out.

A couple of years after we got a new roof from Ascend we decided to redo the gutters on our house, and called them again. Every single thing about the experience, from the accurate estimate, to the on-time arrival, to the excellent product, to the clean up and billing was unbelievable easy. The crew was the best, quick and orderly. Our salesman, Chad, walked us through everything, and followed up with us during and after installation. We would use this company for any construction need that comes up.

This company is outstanding to work with! We had hail damage last year and they were able to handle an entirely new roof, siding, windows, and garage doors. It was a complicated project because if the timing of us selling this particular home. All members of their project teams are professionals! They worked with our insurance reps, RE agents, and buyers. I certainly did not expect this level of service, but these folks went above and beyond! They are extremely clear about explaining everything and patient. The work was top notch. Jared Harry was the Supervisor assigned to my project. This guy showed EXTREME care when working with my family and was kind to us whenever he was on site. He always happily answered any of our questions (even repeated ones), and introduced us to other folks in the company when necessary. I called 3 companies for a bid. Chad Williams had the middle bid, but his desire to make me happy was evident during the walk around. He found several damages that the other two did not see. The hail resistant shingles where out of stock and his estimated date of arrival was one day off. The crew did a very good job of keeping clean, no shingles in the yard, courteous when I had question, and Chad followed up on every detail. Ascend Construction, and especially the roofing crew, I would highly recommend. They were warm and friendly with any question or concern that I had.

My family has used Ascend for two hail claims as well as interior fixer-upper work. What is most impressive and unique to the experience with Ascend is the quality of their customer service. We were treated with kindness, patience, and sensitivity; three adjectives not typically associated with a construction company. For that aspect alone I would give infinite stars. The team acts with respectful awareness that they are in someone’s home, not just a job site. It can be hard to be a woman walking into a house full of construction workers. I always felt safe and respected and am grateful for the intentionality of the team in this manner. Ascend makes it clear that they want their customers to be satisfied with the work done.
