Jared and Ascend Construction were easy to work with! Their communication with us was outstanding and they worked to resolve any and all issues we had. Their roofing crew cleaned up properly unlike previous companies we had used. Would definitely use them again!

They've tackled a wonderful variety of projects for me on two different occasions, from repairing some siding damage, to giving my entire house a fresh coat of paint, and handling roof repairs. Each time they impressed me with their skill and efficiency. The Ascend Construction Group team is incredibly organized and professional. They kept me in the loop throughout every project, and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. The Ascend Construction group was fantastic to work with. Jared and team reached out to me when they saw that my roof and siding had been damaged by hail. They walked me through the process and helped work with my insurance company (which was huge because this was my first house insurance claim). They did great work and reached out to me through the process and found additional items to fix up near the chimney which would have caused me a much larger issue in the long run had they not found it now! Very grateful for this company. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience with Ascend Construction group after our roof was damaged by hail. They were extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and made the entire process easy. What impressed us most was how well they worked with our insurance company to ensure the damage was properly documented and that we received everything we were entitled to. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ascend Construction on multiple projects, including roofing, plumbing, loft conversion and other general contracting jobs, and they have been outstanding every step of the way. Their customer service truly sets them apart. Tommy and his entire team is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is done right. They even handled the insurance portions as well. They took the time to answer our questions, explain the process clearly, and kept us informed throughout each project. Want to give another “5 stars” to Ascend! After their exemplar service with and support to our kitchen remodel, we rehired them to replace our floors on the entire 1st floor. The builder had installed a hybrid of lower quality dark, dark wood and carpet. With the help from Ascend’s designer (Aubrey), Chris and his team came in and expertly removed and replaced the old flooring/carpet with a beautiful, lighter, high quality engineered hardwood flooring. Aubrey is experienced with the multitude of different flooring types and manufacturers and her design expertise was invaluable in helping us select a flooring that looked/worked best and also met our personal desires. We’re absolutely thrilled and delighted with our “new” home! Our heartfelt thanks to Ascend for their care, professionalism, expertise and commitment to customer service.

My overall experience was excellent...the roofing team completed the entire roof replacement in one day...amazing! Jared, the project coordinator, was especially helpful. He addressed my insurance concerns, and provided the forms needed for submission. Jared explained several roofing options, so in the end, I knew exactly what I was getting. He was there from beginning to end to answer questions and to ensure a thorough cleanup upon completion. I love my new roof!

We worked with Chad at Ascend Construction on an insurance claim roof replacement. Chad and Ascend specifically worked with the insurance company advocating for us keeping us very updated on the progress. They were amazing! Once all details were resolved, the roof was scheduled and completed on time and on budget. Workers were respectful, cleaned up after themselves with not one roofing nail found after they were done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family!

He got our ranch back to its pristine condition with a new roof on our house, paint repair, new roofs on our outbuildings, as well as new siding, insulation and garage doors!
