I’m really impressed with this place! I’ve come here twice in the last couple of months, and both times the service was exceptional. Recently, I couldn’t find my tuberculosis test results — I called them, and they immediately helped me locate everything and went through all the details step by step. The staff here is amazing: very professional, kind, and great communicators. As a business owner, I can say their service is truly top-level. Pricing, quality, and customer care — all 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend to all my friends and family!
Booked my appointment over the phone for gender test. Customer service was amazing and Teresa did a phenomenal job for the blood draw didn’t even feel it! Would recommend her anytime if you are coming for early gender test!

I've visited ARCpoint Labs several times for diagnostic blood testing, and each experience has been consistently smooth and professional. Andrea, the phlebotomist, has been outstanding, always cheerful, efficient, and skilled. During a recent visit, I had scheduled a late appointment, and she went above and beyond by staying after hours to ensure my sample was properly processed and personally dropped it off at FedEx. Her dedication and care truly set this place apart. Highly recommend.
Have gone in several times for my Vibrant Wellness/Vibrant America test kit since they are my closest approved blood draw location. For my kit, It costs $75 for 7 tubes ($65 for first 5 tubes and $5 for each extra tube). I always call ahead to check they are available and let them know I'm coming in. They are closed for lunch break 12:15-1pm. There's a cut off time for the FedEx pickup of my kit plus they need to process the tubes so in my case, have to go in before 2pm. There's 30min free parking in the lot connected to the building. The parking is gated with entry on 13th & 14th streets. The gate issues a ticket with QR code and you scan it to exit. I haven't had a visit go past the 30min limit yet. To find the office, enter through sliding doors on 14th St, go past the elevators and they are at the end of the hall.
I just had a fantastic experience getting some blood work done, and I really want to shout out two amazing ladies: Teresa and Joyce. Honestly, it was one of those times when good service just makes your day. Teresa was the first person I spoke to. I was originally headed somewhere else, but she called me back, and I have to say, she really knew her stuff. She answered all my questions about the different types of tests and which one would be right for me. It was clear she had a ton of knowledge about all the different blood work options. Thanks to her, I decided to just turn my car around and head there instead of going to my original destination. Then Joyce was the one who actually did my blood draw. And let me tell you, she was a pro. I’m usually really sensitive to needles, but I barely felt a thing. She made me feel completely comfortable and handled everything quickly and professionally. In no time, I was done and out the door. huge thanks to both Teresa and Joyce. They turned what could have been a stressful errand into a really positive experience.
I’ve always wanted to know what my blood type was (I got tested a long time ago as a child but have since forgotten what it was) and was recommended I stop by here and get it done. Teresa was very welcoming and the process of signing up was quick and easy. I was in and out the door in a matter of minutes. Usually I get uncomfortable getting my blood drawn but the procedure was painless. On top of that I got my results back the next day. Overall great experience!
