Nice, clean and a very efficient place. All the staff are very friendly and informative. I recommend this business for any lab work you may need.
DOT drug test is only available in the morning and it does not say that anywhere on website. Man was very rude doing the test but the receptionist was very kind and helpful.

I was rather nervous for the blood draw but the ladies were SO kind. I came in with a lot and they took care of it all for me. It went so smooth. I’ll be back the next time I need testing.

I just finished my IV appointment at Arcpoint Labs of downtown San Jose and I’m blown away by the level of customer service. Ani and Bernadette were incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this place. Services : fountain of youth IV infusion and B complex / cyanocobalamine IM injection.
The phlebotomist Andrea was very kind and patient. I have very thin veins and she was able to bring me a hot compress to help. She was great and would definitely recommend.
