My husband and I needed our blood drawn for labs. We had Teresa and she was very helpful and professional. I have an issue with fainting at blood draws and she took all precautions to make sure my experience was a great one.
This lab place is awesome. The staff is super kind and they know what they are doing. Great place especially if you need labs done from an outside company they know the process. Highly recommend this place.
ARCpoint Labs was great again. This is my second visit to this lab. As always I had an excellent customer service. Andrea their phlebotomist was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and friendly.I didn’t feel the needle when drawing my blood. Fantastic service and a very well clean and organized environment and also they speak Spanish. Highly recommended. Thanks 👍
Everybody here was so pleasant, warm, and welcoming. Very fast and efficient service. I was a kind of a hard stick when I came since I was running so cold, but Andrea, the person who drew my blood did such a superb job. Very painless stick and got it in one go. I would 100% recommend this lab for blood draws and labs.
Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. My appointment for fingerprints is at 11 am. I arrived at 10:58. I did not get helped until 25 minutes later. On top of that, you would have to pay for parking - they don’t do parking verification. The actual process took about 5 minute. At least the staff was decent. Choose another location you value your time and money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of using ARCpoint Labs for health and blood screening, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Unlike other places where I wasted time on hold or waiting in person, ARCpoint Labs provided prompt and professional service. When I called, a live person who was actually a nurse answered my call and booked my appointment within minutes. I went in for a full panel blood test, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The results were securely uploaded to a portal, and I even have the opportunity to discuss my results with a doctor within their system. Thank you, ARCpoint Labs, for offering such an amazing service in a super clean environment. You have truly set the bar high for patient care and convenience. Highly recommended!

I had such a pleasant experience here. The environment is clean and inviting, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. I showed up super early after coming from a different appointment and they were kind enough to work me in asap. I was expecting to wait so I used meter parking although I believe they have some sort of validated parking for up to 30 minutes. I will be back for future needs!
