So I just found out my car was over the warranty In mileage so the repair shop called me up. Hey here’s the news you have over $$$$$ in repairs that need to be made . Rob is an awesome guy when my car was over heating he immediately called woodies and put in an order for my car to be fixed right away even though I was long done with my 90 day warranty .He took care of the car and the repairs that were needed to get me back on the road safe .
Kinda felt like I was being stereotyped when I walked in. Came through the door and the guy was some what attentive but I feel he thought I was Hispanic or something(Which am Caucasian/Native American). I say this cause when I went asking about what I was interested in, right out the gate he told me I need a license (obviously)and when I said I had one he then responded with that I need a NC license. Also I have. He didn’t seem interested in my business. Maybe because I came in my work clothes being a heavy equipment mechanic and went there right after work he figured I wouldn’t be able to purchase. I dunno felt a lot of misplaced assumptions and lack of interest.
Highly recommended! They took care of me from the beginning and made buying a car a seamless process. The owner Rob is a super nice guy, very hands on. Walter is amazing. They have a great team and they are honest. Would definitely purchase from Apple Auto Sales again in the future
