I had the best experience dealing with Rob from apple auto. I brought a Tahoe back in September 2015, the vehicle ran good until it started to leak coolant earlier this month, the warranty was out on my truck and Rob noticed that I was putting water in my truck one afternoon after making a payment. He called me back into the office and asked what was going on with my truck i told him, that it was running hot and i wasnt sure why. He told me that I was a great customer and too take the car tooo woodies on Ashley Rd. When the shop called he informed me that my truck would be close to $300.00 to repair, but rob also told me that he would do what he could to help me out if I needed him too. The worker from woodies called Rob and informed what the cost of my vehicle would be and he took car of the entire bill, I have never known any other dealership to look out for their customers the way apple has helped me. If your going to be late with a payment rob will work with you, He tries to go above and beyond for his customers. I really thank him so much I dont know if my truck would be running right now if he had not helped me out. Thanks again rob/ apple auto in charlotte.
All i can say is scam!!!!! Stay away i didn’t have the car 30 days and they took it back. Ron was so rude when i tried to explain the situation. Now they have the same car back out for sale with a higher down payment.

Didn't know a vehicle could be put on layaway but I purchased a car from here that way. No finance charges and only took me 6 months to pay it off. It's been 3 months now and the car still runs great.

This is a great place to buy a car!..I went to other car dealerships and I couldn't get no car until i came to apply auto and let me tell you I bought me a car here..they had a layaway plan..and I truly was so HAPPY to finally get a car..Mr Walter was so helpful. Mr rob and Mrs.Karen..helped me so much..it was time I couldn't pay my car on time..they would give me enough time to make payments for the car..it was a STRUGGLE.
