Heard all great things! Great folks. Down home. They give fair estimates and work with folks. They love the community and pretty much iconic. Commercials are epic. I have got to interview that “Pastor “. Watch it on the website. So far, no bolts of lightening all these years. 😊 (You all had helped a friend as they never would have had a car. They now are a manager, because you let them make micro-payments AND only a few dollars more from a dealership but you vehicle was same year and model. They said NO deal. You did not. ) Keep helping folks with getting transportation. ✅

Rob, Mrs. Karen and Walter are hands down a group of honest, passionate and caring people. The customer service is surperb!! I lost my keys and I gave Apple a call. Rob help me tremendously and and for that I owe them a debt of gratitude. Thank you Apple Auto for your great customer service, passion and care for your customers ( Apple Family)!!! My name is Hali Sgueglia. I just bought a car from Apple auto, and I'm not sure what the lady underneath me with one star is talking about. My experiences with both rob and Walter were extremely pleasant, professional, straight up, and made me feel reassured i was buying a good car! Even allowed me to take the car to the mechanic of my choice to be extra sure! The process was quick and easy, as it should be, but isn't with most buy here pay here. I'm happiest about the level of customer service. As a young woman buying from a buy here pay here, I was worried I may be taken advantage of, but instead I was treated with respect, and given every opportunity to be sure about my purchase. I would recommend Apple auto to anyone. All you gotta do is be able to prove a steady job, and as a suggestion , get all the info together that they asked for BEFORE going in. It'll make it 10× easier. Thanks again rob! I'm so happy with my purchase :) you run a great business, just sometimes others can't see it.

I am very pleased to have finally paid off my car.🎉🔑🎈after 3 yrs🤦🏾‍♀️ I would like to praise this team, they will work with u & like any other company as long as u keep some kind of communication concerning anything that would keep u from missing a payment. There good about reminders of payment that’s due & how they will be reporting to credit!! I mean just a good place in general I love my car & I plan on doing business again later in the future. Very unprofessional, unwelcoming service. My mother went here to look at purchasing a car to just get around in and was going to pay cash for it.. when we pulled up, no one greeted us, when we went to one guy he pointed us to another guy who was standing outside with his back to us as if he didn’t see customers pull up, from there I introduced myself then introduced my mother, we proceeded inside where there was only one chair for a customer and a broken one behind the salesman that I had to ask could I sit in as I was left standing there while a transaction that usually takes hours was about to begin and I guess he thought I was going to stand. Fast forward the sales associate would give short answers, little to no direct answers, kept going to a side door with another employee a female who would look out from a window never spoke or introduced herself. We test drove the car and she was not impressed and her main decision for deciding not to proceed was the poor customer service experience. If the service is that bad before purchasing I can only imagine how poor it would be needing to have your car serviced after the purchase. I would recommend not going here because I didn’t get a good impression and would not recommend to my friends or family to go here.

I purchased my dream car from Apple Auto about 3 months ago. I was never late on a payment, I kept my insurance current. Near the end of my warranty and over the warranty mileage limit, my rear brakes wore down quickly and my truck overheated, a hose or the radiator exploded. I had my truck towed back to my house. I knew that by exceeding the mileage that they definitely wouldn’t honor the warranty. My truck sat in my driveway for 10 days. I sent my mother the money to go make my car payment since I couldn’t drive my truck afraid I might damage the engine. I called to let Rob Christensen know the reason my mother had brought the payment instead of me. He excitedly asked why I had waited so long to call? I told him I knew I had exceeded the warranty and was afraid to ask for help. Rob Christensen and Apple Auto kept their word and repaired my truck! When I hung up the phone, I yelled thank you God at the top of my lungs and shed a few tears of joy! Rob is amazing and I will send everyone I know to Apple Auto!

I wanted to buy a car from this company and when I got approved I was excited but Rob rip me off and he thinks that he is going to take my money!!! This company is not a credible dealer DO NOT purchase a car here their prices are ridiculous and the owner is rude they want you to purchase a car not worth the weekly payment just so they can charge you and put it on your credit report! It’s better to buy from a credible dealer and not this buy here pay here he will rip you off! Rob whatever his name is has no godly bone in his body he will talk to you any kind of way and take your money because he feels he can he is a poor excuse of a human!!! You should take care of all your customers regardless if good or bad ones, just because someone is a bad customer in your eyes doesn’t make them a bad person and it makes you look worse when you treat them as such!!
