VERY bad customer service, the lady who is responsible for receiving the calls and arranging the P/U is VERY unprofessional; she hang up on me because I asked her for the company phone number!!! She refused to refund the money, I have been waiting for a driver for over ten days now! Completely bad experience.
These guys have no integrity. They were quick to take a deposit, but when it came time to picking up the vehicle, the date came and went and never picked up the car. The broker who took my money blocked my number. Don't believe me? Try it, then write a review to help others stay away from these shady characters. Look up at the BBB and you will see that they are not accredited and have lots of complaints. I should have done one myself.
Worst ever. Quote a prie and pickup date for a vehicle. 1 week and a half went by and no pickup of vehicle. I cancelled order and went with another transporter. I have not received my refund from the deposit i paid these guys. There servie was never used and in accordance with contract I signed I should have been fully refunded. These guys are crooked and not honest! They will be hearing from my attorney.
It was very pleasant to work with this company, I was bombarded with phone calls and was not sure which direction to take. When one of their brokers called me it was refreshing to hear their explenation on how the transaction happens. They kept it real and helped me understand that they were going to go out and find the best driver with the best offer for me and they did.
This is the worst transport ever. All they want is your money and won't do the pick up on on time or date selected. The rep (June Lebron ) she was all nice at first. Then when the time came to pick up my vehicle , she wouldn't answer my calls. So many unnecessary excuses on why. Terrible services and you won't get a complete refund!!!!! I'd not recommended this to anyone.
These guys picked up my vintage Jeep from California to Savannah. It took them just 4 days and the Jeep was in perfect condition. I will use them if I ever have to transport a car again... I wish I could use this company for more things in life. Thank you guys.
