I travel a lot and this is the only company I like and trust . I shipped my car with Andrew Auto Transport 5 times already . They are fast stress free and affordable. My car always got on time with no problems I couldn't be more pleased . I will deff be calling them again when I need my car shipped . Thank you guys so much ! 

Good thing: They respond on email super-promptly - literally in minutes. Bad thing: They offered me a $320 quote and shipping in a week - best I could found for the remote place. So I payed the $159 deposit (half price). But the car wasn't shipped until almost three weeks and for $700 total. Although Brian was a prompt and a nice guy to talk to, he just said that "he owes me" . Note that my location was a little remote 1h drive from freeways and a 1000ft uphill.

Highly recommend Andrew Auto Transport for those who want excellent service, promptness and honesty in delivery of their vehicles across the country. My first antique vehicle and I was a bit concerned when I started my journey looking for a transporter. My 66 Mustang was picked up at 10:30 AM on Dec 23rd in Rockwall, TX and delivered to Warner Robins, Georgia the next day around 9:00'AM, in less than 24 hours. I was so surprised to hear that the delivery already took place while the driver said it'd be the 25th for delivery. This Christmas present came early on Christmas Eve. I had my SUV transported from LA to Dallas earlier this year, and everything was on-time, and he makes the expectations very clear. Electronic paperwork is minimal with just a few pieces of general contact information and date, a deposit, and then the amount of COD upon delivery. You pick the date for the first day available to have your vehicle picked up, and he's on it with a short window from that date! No waiting, as he works with your schedule. They give you another window of time for the car to arrive at its destination, and mine arrived at the earliest date provided. Now for the drivers, the person who picked-up my car was wonderful! I'm sorry that I forgot his name, but he was very kind, knew exactly what he was doing, and even though the street we're on was downhill and curvy, he maintained safety and got the SUV up there quickly and securely and didn't affect the flow of the street traffic much at all. Fast forward to now. I bought a new SUV and shipping the one back to family in LA. Same pricing, same drill, same terrific service. I researched a lot before originally choosing Patriot because it's stressful trying to determine who is reliable, credible, and reasonable in pricing without sacrificing quality - and I'm glad to never have to look any further for car transport in the future, and I always recommend them when someone asks.

A few days ago when I needed to transport my car from Miami to Gladeview 934, I had a problem choosing the right auto shipping company in Miami. I did a quick internet search on various car shipping companies that were around and among the many I saw listed on the first pages of Google, Andrew Auto Shipping Company surprisingly caught my interest. I remember contacting one of their representatives named Brian and I must admit, I really liked how he broke down the transaction fees as well as made sure I’d secured the most affordable rates available at that particular time. He also assigned me a professional driver that took good care of my vehicle’s safety. I can only conclude by saying, the entire experience with the company was fun, painless and transparent. Thank you and I’ll be seeking your services again in the near future.

Do not trust Andrew Auto’s quote price!! I post that I need to ship my car and Andrew Auto company gave me a quote of $879. I talked to the staff and confirmed the price. The staff promised me that the price would not change and would find me a truck driver to pick up my car. Thus, I trusted Andrew Auto and paid the deposit $159. The driver picked up my car a week later. It took about another week that the truck driver delivered my car. However, the truck driver told me I need to pay $900, which meant I need to pay $1059. Immediately I called Andrew Auto transport and told the staff about $900. The staff told me that he would refund the deposit $159. However, it has been ONE MONTH since I paid the $900 and I still don’t get my refund. I feel that Andrew Auto is not honest in the shipping price they gave me. They gave me many excuses for not giving me the refund, such as the accounting refund the wrong person. I am very frustrated and plan to post my experience in every review website until I get a satisfying answer.

I was extremely happy with the services I received from Andrew’s Auto Shipping Company the other day when I needed one of my vehicles moved. The customer service offered by their email operators was absolutely incredible. Whenever I need my car shipped from one point to the next, these are the people I’ll be contacting to take care of my transportation needs.
