This is the worst transport ever. All they want is your money and won't do the pick up on on time or date selected. The rep (June Lebron ) she was all nice at first. Then when the time came to pick up my vehicle , she wouldn't answer my calls. So many unnecessary excuses on why. Terrible services and you won't get a complete refund!!!!! I'd not recommended this to anyone.
It was very pleasant to work with this company, I was bombarded with phone calls and was not sure which direction to take. When one of their brokers called me it was refreshing to hear their explenation on how the transaction happens. They kept it real and helped me understand that they were going to go out and find the best driver with the best offer for me and they did.
Worst ever. Quote a prie and pickup date for a vehicle. 1 week and a half went by and no pickup of vehicle. I cancelled order and went with another transporter. I have not received my refund from the deposit i paid these guys. There servie was never used and in accordance with contract I signed I should have been fully refunded. These guys are crooked and not honest! They will be hearing from my attorney.
These guys have no integrity. They were quick to take a deposit, but when it came time to picking up the vehicle, the date came and went and never picked up the car. The broker who took my money blocked my number. Don't believe me? Try it, then write a review to help others stay away from these shady characters. Look up at the BBB and you will see that they are not accredited and have lots of complaints. I should have done one myself.
I needed to transport my car from my parent's house in Allentown, PA to Atlanta, GA. I found this company online, put a deposit down. The next day I cancelled because I decided to drive. They refunded my money without a hassle. Two days later a warning light came on my dash, and I no longer felt safe driving. I called Andrew Auto Transport back, and they had the car picked up the following day. Excellent, honest, and reliable!
Do yourself a favor and just go ahead and call these guys to avoid all the hassle from the other brokers. Awesome job getting our eBay purchase from Mississippi to Virginia. June was the best at keeping me calm when I got a little anxious (like I am pron to do). This was our first time transporting a vehicle and it worked out very well. Great company...Thanks
I received about 17 different quotes if not more and frankly had no clue which company to choose.Lilly of Andrew Auto Transport called me after sending me a quote via email to ask me about my expectations and explained the entire process. Within a couple of minutes of speaking with her she asked me to watch their video on the website, which was helpful and informative. I booked my shipping with her and just got my car delivered!! Great if you've never shipped a car. I have a small dealership and I constantly need to ship vehicles. Andrew Auto Transport has been the only company to take their time to explain how this industry really works. They were prompt in finding the right carrier and I highly recommend them!!
I gave Andrew auto transport a 2 week window for pickup. Despite acknowledging that the route was unusual/rare, and that it might take awhile to find a bid, they did not post about pickup until the end of the pickup window. I was forced to take the first bid that came up, to receive my vehicle only a day after I needed it. This bid was $509 over the original estimate.
Im a professional athlete and for the past 2 years I've used Andrew Auto Transport to ship my vehicles, service was great and business was always handled in a timely fashion. I've recommend Andrew Auto Transport service to my teammates and family members. Thanks for the great service.
