After thoroughly researching several companies, both national and local, we selected American Window Products who recently completed a 3 day project in our home replacing 17 windows and a sliding glass door. Without reservation, we can say we could not have made a better choice. From the initial contact with the front office to arrange an estimate appointment, meeting with Ryan to discuss the project and products available, to the installation conducted by Randal, Chad, Brian, and Colten the project (showed up on time each morning, explained what was being done each day, and always maintained a clean and orderly work area) the project could not have gone any smoother. Windows/door manufactured and delivered on time, installation completed within timeframe promised, and permit inspection scheduled and completed 3 days after the project was done. Clearly AWP is a group of individuals that are professionals who take pride in their company and services. Coupling that with a quality product at a fair price clearly reaffirms to us that we made the right choice in companies.

I can not brag enough on here about my total experience with this window company. Every step of the process was friendly, professional, and most importantly easy on my family, and wallet. The salesman came to our home and just brought the facts and not a pushy sales pitch, set us up with financing and put us at ease about the decision to use their American Windows. The installers did an absolutely amazing job from the removal of old windows and trash to the perfect caulk job around the windows. Also the fact that they use only inhouse installers was a huge deal to us and they did not disappoint! Every interaction with their office staff was also top notch and simple to work with. We could not be happier with the total overall experience we had. Thank you!

We were new to Jax area and asked about window replacement. Many said AWP! Then we received a text from them on a Sat. Evening. Ryan came out on Monday. 👍. Yesterday Randy, Josh and Chad installed them. They were fabulous, answered all our questions and got all 10 windows in the same day. We highly recommend AWP. Customer service has been outstanding. We were able to open our new bedroom windows last night with no worries that a lizard would get in!!! Thank you so much American Window Products. Other retailers should follow your example. I had 5 windows replaced, they were solid quality and reasonably priced. Sales by James and installation by Joshua, Ricardo and Joe was excellent. Passed inspection easily and make a huge difference to my home. The entire team was professional and courteous--highly recommend this company.

After getting a very high quote from a competitor (door to door salesman) to replace 10 window and a sliding glass door, I decided to shop around and landed on American Window Products. Ryan came out to the house, we talked options, pricing and payment. He was extremely nice, polite and knowledgeable. He considered my budget and what we were looking for in replacement windows. There was ZERO pressure during and after our consult. We pulled the trigger. It took a few months for the windows to be built, but they called as soon as they were complete and wanted to schedule install for the following week which was very impressive. They worked around our schedule and came out for install. Josh, Joe, and Devan, showed up on time and started right away. They worked around our daughters napping schedule to minimize noise on her side of the house which is greatly appreciated when you have a baby. The guys were also very friendly and polite. Install was done in a day and a half and my wife and I could be more pleased! Or home is average distance from the road and we can't hear traffic in the neighborhood anymore. There is also a noticeable difference in the temperatures in our "hottest rooms". Debris was cleaned up as they worked from room to room and all cosmetic imperfections were repaired. They cleaned all the windows before they left and gave clear instructions for when the inspector came, which was scheduled for the next day. It passed inspection and now we're enjoying our new windows and door. My wife and I couldn't be happier choosing American Window Products. Ryan even sent a hand signed thank you card a few weeks later. We felt cared for and appreciated. Highly recommend.

I love American Window Products!! This is the second job that have done for us. Randall and Roberto installed 23 windows this time. They were hard workers, came in worked, took a lunch break and were right back at it. They were there four days and I actually enjoyed them and felt very safe with them. I left the house several times and never thought twice about leaving them there. I also had interaction with Debbie, Kayla, and Lisa. Everyone was professional, nice, kind, and friendly.
