Very friendly staff and a good fleet of cars. Centrally located and smooth service.
We booked a full-size SUV for two weeks but received a minivan. We wanted to cross the Canadian border to see Niagara Falls from the Canadian side. Apparently, SUVs have been damaged in Canada in the past, and crossing the border with an SUV is now prohibited. During the booking process, we indicated that we were going to Canada and received no indication anywhere that it was not possible to book an SUV. We were only informed of this upon arrival in Boston, without any price adjustment, even though the minivan would have been cheaper. To make matters worse, the minivan was dirty. After leaving Canada, we contacted Alamo twice to request a vehicle exchange, but received no response! They were completely unreachable – absolutely disappointing!
I rented a car in Miami for 8 days. During the booking process, I filled out all the fields, including child seat and choosing an EcoSport according to my budget. They requested payment upfront. When I went to pick up the car from the Alamo Rental Car supplier, the reserved vehicle was not available. The employee said they would offer another vehicle, a Hyundai Santa Fe, for the same price I had paid, but when I went to finalize the order, the reserved car was no longer available. The employee then offered another vehicle, a Nissan Armada, for the same price, which I declined. The employee returned, saying that the Santa Fe was now available. I went to the rental location to pick up the vehicle and found the Nissan Armada. I returned to the counter, and again the employee said that the price would be the same as previously paid and that there were no other vehicles available. After delivering the vehicle today, 07/19/2018, they presented me with an additional bill of $463.65 and I had already paid the total amount at the time of booking of $337.64. I rented a car in Miami for 8 days, at the time of the search I completed all fields including child seat and the choice of Ecosport according to my budget, requested payment in cash. I went to the place to pick up the vehicle and I came across the Nissan Armada vehicle I returned to the counter and again the employee said it would be the amount previously paid for the lease and that there was no other vehicle for lease. After delivering the vehicle on today 07/19/2018 I was presented with an additional account of $463.65 dollars and I had already paid the total amount at the time of the reservation of $337.64
We returned our vehicle here and were very satisfied with the process. It was quick, easy, and the staff were friendly. The entrance to the return area in the parking garage is a bit tricky. Coming from New Sudbury St., the entrance is on the left, almost immediately at the corner of Congress St. We missed it, turned left under the parking garage, and then immediately left again onto New Chardon St., where there's another entrance. From there, go up to the ninth floor. There's a large elevator that goes down.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because it's very difficult to find the parking entrance. There's only a tiny sign. A larger sign would be more than necessary. Otherwise, I'm giving it 5 stars.
I had to return my car at this location. You have to take it to the 7th floor of the garage on the corner (there's an elevator to go down). Super fast and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.
