Unprofessional company that can not properly bill and divulge pertinent information to their customers. If you are moving or having anything delivered, use another company.
I like the easy way to pick up stuff from this place, and the package always comes fine in comparation with other freight companys

I picked up a U-Pack storage unit at this location. Customer service over the phone was good, plenty of parking, and I was able to pick up my stuff on time.
This is the worst trucking company I have ever done business with and I have been the business for 30 years. They missed the delivery date by two days and were not even able to tell me where my freight was or when I could expect it. Do yourself a favor and find another company to handle your delivery. Thes guys just don’t care.
WORST WORST Freight company ever!!! I have ordered and dealt with different freight companies but this was the worst experience ever...They have been sitting on my stuff for 4 days and finding excuse after excuse not to deliver it. No-one knows anything and put you on hold for an unlimited time and come back with no answer!!! customer service is a joke...stay away from this freight company if possible!!!
