I HAD A CHECK THAT I DIDN’T CASH AND I WORKED FOR THAT MONEY AND WENT TO THEM WITH THE CHECK THEY TOLD ME FIRST I COULD PICK UP A NEW CHECK AT FIRST THEN WHEN I WENT TO GET IT THEY SAID “THEIR LAWYERS SAID “THEY VOICED THE CHECK AND THEY WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME THE MONEY-(another check)”FOR ITWASN’T EVEN $200.00 OH AND THE CHECK WAS 2 YEARS OLD WAS GOING THROUGH PAPER FROM MY MOVE AND FOUND IT BUT I STILL WORKED FOR THAT LITTLE CHECK AND NEEDED THAT MONEY IN THESE TRYING TIMES NOW I COULDN’T EVEN CLAIM IT ON MY TAX RETURNS? NOT FAIR OR RIGHT 365 HEALTH SERVICES NOT RIGHT AT ALL!!!! WHAT POLICY IS THAT THAT THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY YOU WORKED FOR? VANESSA

Having Muscular Dystrophy since birth has been a journey to say the least. It’s very essential that as my disease progresses that my healthcare agency looks out for me. I appreciate the support that Ian provided to me since he’s been taking point on my case. I know the employees at 365 are very busy but Ian always makes time to check in and support my caregivers as well. Thanks Ian! 🙏🏽 Bill on the other hand is very self centered and pretends to be extremely professional but when he makes a mistake (like all humans do) he will quickly find a reason to blame you & I’m a client so that can be very depressing.

Phyllicia was an amazing orientation trainer. She very respectful and helping. She didn’t mind repeating yourself and did whatever it to make sure that we was comfortable and understood the material.

I would recommend 365 to the entire city of Philadelphia. They are very reasonable, reliable and personable especially the staff members ... Jim is a great guy to talk to and he understands how to manage situations . Trust me you will not be disappointed with this company or the care of you loved ones

While awaiting the Waiver program process-(since 7.18.17), I went with 365 Health services for my Mothers care after they visited her apt building to meet, greet and inform the tenants. I completed the application process with 365 Health Services and waited for all entities to catch up. Once 365 Health Services received the "OK" to move forward and hire me for my Mothers care, I was immediately contacted, orientated, trained and hired. Since that time, any questions or problems and requirements (ie.. fingerprinting) needed were addressed, scheduled and finalized for us through 365 Health Services. You can call and speak to anyone (day or night) and they will either get you to the right department or answer your questions, and if necessary get back to you on the same day. More importantly, they even call and make sure my Mother is doing well or needs anything. My office visits to 365 Health Services have always been uplifting and they treat you like family! I love it and them for their efficiency, professionalism and attitudes. Mind you I'm not one to even write reviews but in this case I just had to! One of my better decisions I'm here to tell you..

I'm a 365 health services client sense December, 3, 2018. This company is the greatest. And it has everything thing that I'm looking for in a home health care company. 1 : Professionalism . 2 : Respect. 3 : courtesy, and truly concerned about me, myself, and I. And the home health aids that I have you have to love them. They're the best. They are loving, caring , kind , respectful and professionals at taking care of me. The staff are excellent in taking care of business. They stay in touch with me on a daily basis. 365 dosen't make a move without me knowing about it. It's like I'm part of the 365 health services team and family. I love Working with them as a team member and family. If you've met, talked or had interactions with James, Tylor, Dave, Nick Jim and many more from this company. You would and will know that they are the best at what they do. You are in good hands with all of them. This part is for James Higginbotham personally. I want to thank you for stopping to talk to me that very first day that we've met just having a general conversation. You've saved from a company that I no longer wanted to be with.
