I have been inputting data for GOJI labs for less than a week. Slowly getting to know the process. My mentor that was guiding me did not thoroughly explain everything beforehand, it was more like as an issue arose. This ment that I ended up with my account frozen and we trying to correct the problem. At one point I asked customer services a direct question to which they said if I paid in the money my funds would be released, but they came back saying a merchant wanted more funds to he paid in. I paid in so much to try release my funds - following what I was told woukd work. This as a new person trying to earn a bit of money has now cost me. The job needs to be clearly explained from the start. Or check ins with mentors explain /arranged at certain steps, after the fact is too late. Perhaps someone could contact me about this further.
Had a great time working with David and his team. His team was sharp and able to move quickly to meet our needs. I enjoyed their professionalism and ability to be flexible. I would definitely recommend to others.
Awesome company to work with. I contacted them about developing an app for me and they were very honest right out of the gate about my websites performance. They offered a free evaluation that showed me what areas of the site needed to be improved before we could move forward with developing an effective app.
