I travel to LA often for business and am always looking for quality accommodations and the home we selected from Xenia Stays did not dissapoint! The location in Manhattan Beach was amazing and walkable to downtown shops and restaurants, and of course the beach! The amaprtment was wonderful, all the accommodations you might need, wonderful beach design, and all the necessities for a great stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again!
Melissa and Zev's place was incredible. one of the best short term rentals we've stayed. Melissa was a great host in responding to questions and helping us with a few things that came up during our stay. We will be back!
One of my best experiences yet! From booking to checking out, everything was well communicated, professional, and easy. The place was immaculate and filled with more accommodations than imagined! It’s also a close walk to the beach and local shops. Melissa and Zev are exceptional at what they do and they went above and beyond for us. We hope to come again soon!
My family and I had the best time! The home had everything we could possibly need. Our son particularly enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL pool which was nestled in the middle of lush greenery. It truly felt like a retreat. Melissa and Zev were wonderful hosts, always checking in to make sure we were having the best stay. Can’t thank them enough.
The house was Immaculate & clean. Great sunset views from balcony. Our family really enjoyed the great loaction by the beach and all the ammentities in the house. Definitely would stay here again. Melissa was great at communicating our trip details and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Definitely 5 Star for service, quality and location.

The house itself was cozy and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay (with a top notch coffee bar and even pool toys!). The hosts were attentive and accommodating.
