This place was amazing! We stayed here for my brother's wedding and all the groom men's had a great time. The views of the beach, the spacious kitchen/TV room were perfect! Everything was high class and felt very welcoming! Each floor had a fresh and cool vibe. Our host Melissa was friendly and attentive. I recommend this place to everyone!
Melissa and Zev are very kind hosts. They're home on Manhattan beach is very lovely and just absolutely beautiful. My family and I enjoyed our stay there and we look forward to staying again in the near future.
If you’re looking for a true home-away-from-home experience, look no further than Xenia Stays. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that Melissa and Zev put so much thought and care into every detail. The welcome basket was such a warm and thoughtful touch—it immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. The home itself is beautifully designed, stylish yet cozy, and exceptionally clean (seriously, spotless). Every room felt intentional, from the layout to the decor, and you could tell it wasn’t just about aesthetics—it was about comfort. The bed linens, towels, kitchen essentials, everything was high quality and made us feel like we were in a luxury space without losing that “homey” vibe. Customer service was next level. Melissa and Zev were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. It felt like staying with friends who just get hospitality. Whether you’re in town for a quick trip or planning a longer stay, Xenia Stays is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again. 10/10 experience.
This was hands down the most organized and clean rental I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The location was absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to both the beach and downtown, which gave us the best of both worlds. You can really tell the hosts care about their guests’ experience. I would absolutely stay here again!
We stayed at Oceanview Suite | Balcony | Steps from the Beach a 2BR / 1BA property in Manhattan Beach for 3 nights. Very well managed vacation rental. Photos and description of the property were accurate. The property was well appointed with good quality furnishings, great beds and bedding, etc. Very well stocked, above and beyond any other vacation rental we’ve stayed at. Included were things like coffee, sugar, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, storage bags, ample paper products, etc. that most other rentals just do not provide. Communication with host Melissa was outstanding. Parking is fine if you have one car. There’s only one parking space provided and we had a second car that we parked for free on the street. Free overnight street parking is limited and you have to be aware of street cleaning days to move your car to avoid a ticket. We had no problem with street parking, but it could be a challenge during busy seasons. Nice view of ocean from deck and you can hear the waves crashing at night even though the property is is ~200 yards from the beach. Close to dining, shopping, etc. and Von’s supermarket is about a 5 minutes walk. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Manhattan Beach.
Xenia Stays was excellent. Melissa and Zev were extremely responsive any time we needed something. We rented a house in Manhattan Beach for a month and it was amazing. The view was beautiful and the house was great. Everything exceeded our expectations!!
Vacationing with Xenia stays was an absolute delight! The space was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Manhattan beach was perfect, with easy access to fine restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. They made sure we were well taken care with amenities and necessities throughout our stay. Communication was seamless, and they provided fantastic recommendations for things to do in the area. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay at manhattan beach!
The Strand Manhattan Beach House was a great place for us. We were a group of 6. We enjoyed the property and its proximity to the ocean. The area is peacefull and I would recommend it to anyone who likes quiet and relaxing stays. The hosts were reachable and helpful. As a family - we enjoyed the private cinema room - sound proof and perfect for an evening relaxing at the house.

The house was amazing! Great location with proximity to downtown Manhattan Beach and the beach itself. We were a family of four so it was nice for the kids to have their own rooms. We enjoyed the family room and kitchen area on the top floor. The hosts were very proactive with their communication. We didn’t have any issues and the house was exactly the same as the pictures. We would definitely come back.
