Workshop first built our home in 2019 and we chose them to complete the basement of our dreams 6 years later. The experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The PMs Brandon and Jack are professional, communicative, and truly took pride in their work. The design team at Workshop took a dark, unused space into a bright, functional area that our whole family can’t wait to spend spending time in. The craftsmanship was outstanding—every detail was thoughtfully done, from the flooring and lighting to the custom built-ins. They stayed ahead of schedule, kept the work site clean, and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with each step. It’s honestly better than we imagined. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking to build a home or renovate their space! The basement feels like a true extension of our home now, and we’re so grateful for the quality and care that went into every part of the project. We’ve had such a wonderful experience working with them!
Words truly can't describe how much in love we are with our Workshop home! But, it's not just because of the house they built for us, but the care and attention to detail they bring to their craft before, during and after the build! The entire Workshop team quickly turned into trusted thought partners and friends, and have remained close to our family even after moving in! We bought a new built from Workshop Denver and we loved our place every moment we have lived there. Our project manager Jeff was outstanding. He guided us with every query not just before the sale but long after the sale. The houses have great aesthetics and feel special over years just the same.

Workshop is not what it used to be. Go elsewhere for a new build home. Like the other reviews stated, they are cutting corners, materials seem super cheap, and there is absolutely zero attention to detail. We were so excited to move in but we’ve have had countless issues since.

I also have worked with their realtors and all of them are extremely professional and hold the highest standards. Great communication, team partnerships, and overall have some of the prettiest homes in Denver.
