Building with Workshop Colorado has been one of the best decisions our family has made. What once was a business relationship has now turned personal. Their design style is clean, modern, warm, and so well thought out. I love their aesthetic and vision in floor plans. Their approach to luxury finishes and details is truly exceptional. They have an eye for materials and textures that feel elevated without being overly trendy, and their understanding of timeless design sets them apart from other semi-custom builders in Colorado. Every finish they recommend has intention behind it, and you can tell they think through how each element will look throughout the home and function long term. From cabinetry and lighting to flooring, tile, and architectural accents, their selections feel curated, sophisticated, and built to stand the test of time. Their attention to detail is evident in every corner of the home, giving the entire space a polished, high-end look that still feels warm and livable. However, what really sets them apart is the people. Everyone we’ve worked with has been friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. They never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, and they’ve been patient and helpful at every turn. When building a home, of course, there will be issues that pop up, but WS is responsive and refuses to settle for less than perfect. They tackled challenges head-on, communicated clearly, and always prioritized delivering a flawless final product rather than cutting corners. The WS people on-site don't dodge you when you pull into your neighborhood after you close; they wave, ask how you're doing, and are super friendly if you stop for a quick hello. Their on-site project managers have been consistently impressive. They communicate clearly, they show up when they say they will, and they make sure you have what you need. You can tell they genuinely care about the homes they build and the families they build them for. Nate and Danny are the best!!! We are so grateful for the experience and for the beautiful home they created for us. If you want a builder that combines exceptional design with kindness and professionalism, I can’t recommend Workshop Colorado enough. We are super happy and would absolutely 10/10 build with them again!

We moved into our custom built Workshop home earlier this year. The one stop shop capabilities for design, material selection, cabinets & metal work is something that was of tremendous value for us. Building a new home is not easy and we did have some issues throughout the process. But Workshop always did the right thing in making sure any shortcomings were addressed. The team I worked with cared about making sure our home was delivered to meet our expectations. I would recommend Workshop to my friends and family if they were looking to build a new home.

I have worked with WorkShop for years as a vendor, specifically with Kamee! Her attention to detail is top notch and her thirst for knowledge and to learn about how things work amazes me. She is a master at her trade and it doesn't go unnoticed. She is thourough and always friendly, as is all of their staff. Their designers are so easy to work with and SO FRIENDLY! They reach out for new ideas and the latest trends. This team is the best of the best in the construction world! It's awesome to work with them and see what they are going to create next! 5 Stars!

We LOVE our Workshop Home there was so much attention to detail and customization that was put into it. Custom cabinets, gorgeous glass and steel dividers and beams. We had the best project manager in the biz, Jack. He helped walk us through the challenges presented with new construction with confidence. As things have come up over time, as they will with new builds, ownership has been quick to remedy the issue, or connect us with the right person to get the job done. Workshop is now building another new home on our street and I can’t wait to see what they do! Highly recommend!

Brad, Jeff, and the entire team at Workshop have been phenomenal. We’ve built two homes with them, and they’ve always been attentive, meticulous, and easy to work with. Their product quality is excellent, pricing is fair, and delivery timelines are consistently on point. We had a great experience with Work Shop Colorado! Craig was great to work with throughout the process with transparent communication and a customer focused approach. Danny and Nate did an excellent job managing our build with a great eye for detail, delivering a high quality house for us. As someone who works in construction, I was impressed with how smooth the process was, how easy they were to work with, and the quality of their finish work. We moved into our new home back in June 2023 and are so pleased with the beautiful and functional space Workshop created. Their design-build approach, seamlessly integrating design, architecture, and their own wood and metal fabrication, made the entire process incredibly convenient. A special shout-out to our project manager, Jeff Carlson. Jeff was an invaluable partner, constantly thinking creatively with us, making complex decisions straightforward, and prioritized our satisfaction throughout the build. He ensured our home was everything we were hoping for. We highly recommend Workshop for a great home-build experience.

We have owned two workshop homes. Overall they have been very collaborative to work with. Jeff was our project manager and he was responsive to our concerns. With new builds, there will always be some issues that arise after closing. They were easy to work with and we were able to resolve all the issues.

We built our house with Workshop 4 years ago. The process and team were great throughout the design and build. Our project manager Jack was on top of all the details and proactive when things came up. The custom metal and wood work are always noticed when new people come over.
