Wolf & Badger

I discovered the Wolf & Badger website not so long ago, drawn to their concept of showcasing independent designers. I hesitated to purchase online and was excited to finally visit their physical store and try on some pieces. The store itself is pretty small, with a two-level layout. I'd read reviews mentioning rude staff, and while I wasn't greeted with a "red carpet and champagne" welcome (or even a "hello"), I honestly didn't mind. I'm perfectly comfortable making myself at home. When I did select a few items to try, I received kind assistance with sizing and checking availability, which was much appreciated. As for the clothing, the quality truly varies by designer, which is to be expected with a curated collection. However, I found the variety of items surprisingly limited. Despite leaving empty-handed, I'm glad I had the in-store experience. Would I recommend a visit? Absolutely. Just go in with an open mind and tempered expectations regarding the selection.

I visited the Wolf & Badger store in SoHo yesterday for the second time to pick a gift for my boyfriend. I had a wonderful experience there! I met with the jewelry designer Sujan Doshi there, who explained the concept behind his design and helped me to select the right one, together with a friendly saleswoman Celia. Henrique wrapped the gift in a perfectly neat and elegant way. I'll definitely visit again.

Best store in soho! So many curated designers that I may have otherwise never been introduced to. So many gems can be found here. And the customer service is wonderful

i ordered a dress for $1,350.00 online January 10, 2019. Online confirmation said the order would be delivered anywhere from January 22- 24, 2019. Delivery dates came and went, no word from Wolf & Badger. Contacted them by email on February 13th, got a reply from Wolf and Badger that they had no idea what was going on, and had to contact the designer (do they have no controls over ensuring orders are fulfilled by their shippers ? Apparently not). Got back to me (Wednesday) to say they apologize and the designer would ship by Friday. I replied on thursday requesting a change to the order , and then they replied on Friday said no, the designer already shipped the order. No confirmation, no tracking number, nothing. Pretty basic stuff for an online retailer and very unprofessional in my opinion. Let’s see how this turns out, if I ever get this dress, that I ordered for a wedding end of April. Shame on me to have ordered from Wolf & Badger in the first place.

Great store to find something unique! Top notch customer service and cool brands from all over the world. Every time I stop by I find something one of a kind that I haven't seen before. Don't miss it if you're in Soho!

Don’t buy anything from this website. I ordered a dress online that was delivered while I was away. The dress did not fit at all and since the designer has a window of a 14 day return policy the store would not let me return it even for store credit! So now I am stuck with a 230$ dress that does not fit, with tags on, unworn, that the website refuses to take back. Totally unprofessional, I don’t know any other store that does not ATLEAST offer store credit. Awful.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I bought a sequin jumpsuit from this website by Julia Clancey. I tried it on once, and the bride of the wedding I’m a bridesmaid in said she did not want me to wear it. I put the jumpsuit back in the box and in the packaging and printed out the return label and sent it back. They took a while, and then emailed me back saying that I sewed on a small hook in the front! I don’t know how to sew, nor do I know where I would take the jumpsuit to have that put in. They kept accusing me of tampering with it, and would not hear me out at all. I saw another review of someone else getting scammed this way. Be careful!

They have some beautiful and unique one of a kind pieces from independent designers across the globe as well as locally. You get the feeling of exclusivity without the intimidation factor. The best of both worlds! Staff is very helpful and adhere to the safety protocol requiring staff and patrons to wear masks and having hand sanitizer available at the front door. The staff is polite but not overbearing allowing you to browse at your leisure. There is a range of prices but best believe everything they have is of beautifully crafted quality.
