Hands down the best customer service experience I had in a Soho boutique. Katie, who I believe is also the owner was very attentive, patient, funny (!) and assisted me in picking the right pieces for my upcoming Dubai trip. Her reccs were on point and not of a person’s who’s trying hard to push you buying certain expensive things, but one who actually genuinely helped you find the most suitable items. I can’t wait to go back!

Been to this location multiple times and they always have a great selection at varying price ranges. Staff is very friendly and super knowledgable! On my most recent visit I had so much fun jewelry shopping with the help of Katie!! She was so kind and really made the experience extremely pleasant.

If I could give no stars I would. I often order here but NEVER again. I git the wrong t shirt abd received another one of lesser value. It shows that the correct t shirt was delivered. 23 emails and 8 different agents an no resolution. Then i got a 58 dollar bill from UPS before they would deliver. Wouldn't sign it and then when that was sorted i got the wrong item. Try calling? They don't answer. It's been two months and I still don't have my original order and I'm out 69 dollars difference between the shirts. I have sent countless emails and I am being ignored now. What recourse? None. They are based in UK. Worst customer service ever. Don't buy anything from this company. Ever. Good bad WB because I used to order from you all the time. Lucy...please take care of this. Thank you.

I started shopping at the Wolf & Badger store in Soho a few years ago. While running errands today I made a specific detour into Wolf & Badger and I am so glad that I did. I walked in and was greeted by Denzel. He was so helpful as I looked around at the amazing jewelry from many different independent designers. As always, the range of styles and prices left me trying to decide between several items. I also got to talk with MJ and she's amazing! I really appreciate her calm disposition and most importantly the amount of time she took to help me out as I looked at bags and jackets. Her style and approach to all my many questions was just perfect. I did see the store manager, Samantha from a distance and even though we didn't chat this time, she's been super helpful in the past. In a city with so many options and choices of where to shop, I always return to Wolf & Badger, and leave the store a very satisfied customer. If you live in NYC, you must go to the Soho store. If you are visiting NYC, you really should make the time to check it out! I recommend it. I can't wait to return again very soon.

Got a yoga bag from this company.. took an extra month for the bag to arrive. Once it did, it took less than a week to fall apart. First the strap fell off, next was zipper. No suprise since the zipper had no backstop. Everytime I opened the bag I would have to reattach the zipper. I attempted to sew back on the straps, but nothing worked. I reached out to company to ask about refund/replacement options. Took two emails to get their attention, once I did they said that they had to get in contact with the original designers. I had to send MULTIPLE emails to try and fix the situation, at one point I just asked for a refund which they refused to do until I sent the product back (which would take me printing out a label, finding a bag, and a location to drop it off) At this point, I’m just disappointed. Such horrible customer service, cute products but sucky quality. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY.

Yo!! This joint is a TOTAL SCAM - do not buy here!!!! Absolutely zero customer service. My package was lost and UPS instructed me to contact the company to tell them that the package was lost and get a refund. The company insisted that I had to wait and I have not heard back from them and they don’t answer the phone or emails. I do not recommend ordering from here. It is very tempting. It looks nice but they have zero customer service.

I ordered a $391 dress online, the dress arrived and looked like a $20 fashionova Dress at best, and it has been a nightmare trying to return the dress. I spoke with a customer representative from their company who told me he scheduled a pick up for me only for me to follow up with DHL to find out he indeed did not schedule the pick up and I now have to drive an hour to a drop off location. So disappointed in this purchase!

The saga of my package’s non-delivery is far too long (going on 16 days now since it’s been in the hands of Wolf & Badger’s incompetent chosen international shipping service, DHL), so I’ll spare you ALL the details. While I’ve had a decent experience in terms of how W&B online chat personnel have chatted with me, I have been awaiting a call from a more senior member of the team for more than 48hrs when I was told someone would call me the same day the first day I spoke with them (3days ago) and within 2-3hrs yesterday. No call. Their chosen courier (whom I’ve had to spend hours speaking with and repeating myself every single time because, despite my asking them to put specific notes on the file, those notes were never out on the file and I’ve had to have more than 18 calls with DHL in the last 16 days) is incompetent within Canada. I’m disappointed on several fronts: 1) that W&B didn’t connect with me about the issue with my package’s delivery to a destination that was not my own. I had to reach out to them and they didn’t follow through when they said someone more senior woukd call me when I eventually had to escalate things 2) Zero compensation for the hours of effort I’ve had to put into this issue because their chosen international shipper is incompetent. 3) Horrendous customer service with their chosen shipper (they claimed the delivery address didn’t exist when a simple Google search shows it does and I’ve sent several other packages to the same address within the last few weeks with different shipment services with no issue, they misplaced the package, among many other issues) I work in customer service myself and will never purchase from W&B again based on this experience.

Horrible experience. I placed an order on Sunday and paid for express shipping, yet as of Friday it still hasn’t shipped. I reached out to customer service and received conflicting responses, which only added to the frustration. I then requested to cancel the order and have not received any response. At this point, it feels like my order is being held hostage. The process should be simple: I place an order, I pay for it, and I receive it within the promised timeframe. That hasn’t happened here. I understand the importance of supporting small businesses, but basic communication, transparency, and fulfillment are not optional they’re the minimum expectation.

It's nice! Didn't have anything I was terribly interested in, mostly focused on female identifying clothes and accessories. Some gifts as well, but not really what I expected. Great wall of art!!
