everytime i'm in seattle, this place is always my first stop. Jay makes this place feel like home away from home. the customer service is amazing, the food is spectacular. will be coming back every time i come to this great city.
How to rate a place you'd like to individually rate each thing differently. The cashier super nice (2.20.2022 @450pm) helpful with helping us select the best option for my family of 4. There was maybe 3 people eating at that time, the only actually small table for us was in the back left hand side. I asked the other girl that worked there if the table was taken as I could see a number you receive when ordering, she honestly looks feed up already and answered I still need to clean alllllll these tables I suggest you sit somewhere else. Well I decided to wait for close to the side door for her to clean the tabler, you know out of her way and not having her feel rushed well she decided to clean it not say nothing . We went to sit down and as it so happens she is also the one serving us . Slides the fries on the table. And slides the other things as well. I don't get why if you are so miserable you're even working here where alot of people decide to come eat and enjoy the view. Not your sorry attitude. Cooks were awesome loved the Buffalo wings ! . The server girl kinda kills the vibe for everyone else.
We stop here while on the waterfront. The customer service was great and the food was hot and good. I appreciate the kindness in service with my toddler.
My daughter took me here after raving about the food! Seeing and eating is believing! Got the chicken salad and was not disappointed. Will try something new next time. Compliments to the chef Melvin

Workers were nice and food was really good! Had a craving for some wings and this hit the spot. Nice house wing sauce too.
My partner and I loved everything about our visit. Justin and Bry were friendly and helpful. It was nice to talk to them too. The food was so good. We had the 12 wings, onion rings, and a Backfire burger. We ended ordering another Backfire burger to go. Would definitely come back again and recommend others to stop by.
4-alarm?! More like False alarm... My take-out had no sauce, just naked, fried wings (tiny wings). We came in at 9pm on 03/06/2022 , (they close at 10pm), I ask the cook if they are still open, he says "Yes, fries, wings, tenders only". Hostess comes out and says they are closed now... we explain that we asked when we came in, and we're told we could still order. Finally we get to order. We wait for our food, they pack it up, get home no sauce. We call the restaurant they say "sorry, if you drive back here, we can give you a cup of hot wing sauce to-go." 😐 Hate spending money and not getting the promised value. Would 1 star, but there are worst places, to set this place a part from "1 star"
