I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wings Restaurant. We ordered three burgers and crispy cauliflower, excited to enjoy our meal. The first burger arrived with undercooked fries after 20 minutes, which was already slow, but the second didn’t come for another 20 minutes—and when it did, the bacon was undercooked and frozen. We had to send it back, adding another 10-minute wait. Meanwhile, my burger never arrived. I went to the front desk to ask about it, and the waitress claimed it was already on our table—but it wasn’t. I waited another 10–15 minutes with no food. By then, it had been a full hour since I ordered. Hungry and frustrated, I went back to the reception. Instead of an apology or urgency, I got a blank stare and a refund for my burger. To make matters worse, other guests who arrived after me were leaving with their orders packed to go while I was still waiting. The service was careless, unprofessional, and completely ruined my day. I will never return and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My daughter took me here after raving about the food! Seeing and eating is believing! Got the chicken salad and was not disappointed. Will try something new next time. Compliments to the chef Melvin

Dang this place was over-priced. More overpriced than Buffalo Wild Wings, a restaurant chain that is more bang for your buck. There's a special kind of terrible when you get out performed by B-Dubs. Seriously, even B-Dubs have free refills. A place that serves unbelievably hot wings and you don't get free refills? That's just pure evil. I give the place credit for the very nice sevice and the very delicious burgers. The wings themselves were nothing special, David-N-Busters have better wings which is very depressing for me to say due to how much money I spent. If you want to eat delicious wings, don't eat here.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. When I first walked in, no one acknowledged me, so I left. We decided to give it another try, but the woman who helped us was unapproachable, and the man was just as indifferent. After taking our order, we sat down, and my daughter found a black hair in her salad. Instead of expressing concern, they simply asked if she wanted a new one or a refund, with no apology. My garlic wings were unexpectedly extra spicy, and when I mentioned it, the guy just shrugged and said, “Well, they’re garlic wings; they’re supposed to be spicy.” I frequently order garlic wings and have never encountered ones that were this spicy. My mom enjoyed her sandwich, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. One good thing is there water was good. No one even came by to see how are food was. They said their onion rings were a big hit, but they just taste like normal wings with some kind of seasoning on top. I thought maybe it was in the batter so it would be in the onion ring and taste good.

My partner and I loved everything about our visit. Justin and Bry were friendly and helpful. It was nice to talk to them too. The food was so good. We had the 12 wings, onion rings, and a Backfire burger. We ended ordering another Backfire burger to go. Would definitely come back again and recommend others to stop by.

4-alarm?! More like False alarm... My take-out had no sauce, just naked, fried wings (tiny wings). We came in at 9pm on 03/06/2022 , (they close at 10pm), I ask the cook if they are still open, he says "Yes, fries, wings, tenders only". Hostess comes out and says they are closed now... we explain that we asked when we came in, and we're told we could still order. Finally we get to order. We wait for our food, they pack it up, get home no sauce. We call the restaurant they say "sorry, if you drive back here, we can give you a cup of hot wing sauce to-go." 😐 Hate spending money and not getting the promised value. Would 1 star, but there are worst places, to set this place a part from "1 star"
