Bad customer service, doesn’t let my boyfriend come to the dressing room “outside” of the door to see the shirt i put on and gives him a face! Doesn’t tell this guy that went inside nothing…
One the few stores left in Park Mall in Arlington that always comes through for me! A wife selection of well made trending clothes
I walked in to do an online return, and the girl handling it never greeted me or said a single word or never made eye contact. I had to ask for my return receipt, and she rudely said, “It’s emailed,” while doing something else. Very poor customer service.
A lovely clean and very busy store with lots of very tendy feminine styles that say glam! Saw a lot of homecoming dresses, night club dresses, and casual dresses with people all shopping them. Corset and waist cincher styles seem to be in currently (Nov. 11, 2022), at least that's what I saw a lot of. They also had plenty of costume jewelry that paired well with their looks. I just went in for browsing and it was nice to see the styles they have. I feel inspired for some late fall fashion after seeing all of their styled mannequins. The clothes that the mannequins were wearing were also close at hand on nearby racks, it was a very organized store in that regard.
I came with my daughter to look for a formal dress for an event she is attending. Stephanie Helped us out choose the perfect dress with the perfect heels!!! They were pretty busy & she was multi-tasking helping another girl but she checked up on us & managed to help us out too!!! Good customer service is rare now in days. Will definitely be coming back to this location!!
Customer service is horrible at this location it’s sad.. then it be the ones they assign to be apart of leadership. Do better when hiring folks make sure they’re versatile with people and work.. hanging up clothes is not the only job in the store.
I love the clothes, but the treatment I have received at this location left me in prayer. The first time I was treated as if I was not worthy of the workers time. I asked a question about a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase and was given a sharp answer and left standing in my place, I had to find her again in the store and ask her if it was at all possible I could get the shoes because yes I was interested in purchasing them with the dress that I had in my hand that was 100$. She was so very rude and as a Christian in the field of education I felt that was so unacceptable but I acquiesced and went back again 12/17/21 to purchase cosmetic jewelry for my dress. Needless to say they sealed the deal on me never going to this store ever again in life. When I went to the register to purchase my items the lady behind the counter acted as if I had switched the tags on my accessories, she told me that the price on the tag was not the correct item and proceeded to find a tag with a different price, I was so stunned and irritated but instead of getting mad at her I started praying. I am an African American woman but I’m not sure what it is about me that these young ladies see that makes them feel as if I deserve that they give. She charged me a higher price than was on the tags unbeknownst to me. The first time I purchased my ball dress from there but the second go round I made a decision to never frequent this store again. The workers I encountered were rude disrespectful and condescending. I was charged 13.90$ for an item that was said to be 12.90$ Because she felt like I switched the tag. I’m not rich but if I pick up an item to purchase it, I can afford the price. This sent me into prayer because of the way she made me feel. I’m not sure what she saw about me, I had to remember we can’t worry about others think of us only the master. I went to another store and was blessed so I charged that extra dollar to the game. The lesson I learned is don’t give your hard earned money to companies who don’t want it. GOD BLESS
Had the best experience. Looking for daughter a prom dress. Had at least 3 employees ask if we needed help or a different size. The dress we wanted has a small hole in it so they looked to see if it was available online. It wasn't so they looked up to see if it was available at another store. There were only 2 left so they called and placed a 24 hour hold on it. The manager was engaging, smiling and very nice. The manager even sent a picture of the dress to the other store. Recommend strongly.
The store had good selection of dresses. However, they are lacking in customer service. Was not greeted by anyone when I walked in. I came in looking for two gowns. A long blue one and a gold sequin. When I was looking around, none of the employees spoke to me or asked if I needed any assistance. When I asked one of the employees if the fitting rooms were open, she never said yes or no she just walked away towards the fitting room to open one for me. I needed assistance zipping up and nobody offered to help. They just looked at me and walked away. I needed help finding a sequins dress as I could not find one in a size L. No one offered to help. I did purchase one gown from them as I needed this last minute but I will not be back to this location. The employees just looked like they were not happy being at work.
Went to return an item that i had bought my sister but did not fit her. Before going to the register I took the time to look around the store and see if I liked anything. After searching around I decided I was going to just return the item. Went up to the register and the African American cashier was there. I told her I wanted to return the item and she aggressively said "You need to look around the store before you can return" I then informed her I had already done so. She rolled her eyes and snatched the bag away from my hands. Very unethical customer service.
