My husband was told he could not stand outside my fitting room while I tried on dresses. He was trying to stay out of the way because there was a line to get into the fitting rooms. There were two other girls who had their significant other outside of their fitting rooms as well. The manager came up to my husband and told him he could not stand there. But said nothing to the other two men in the fitting room. We pointed out that there were other men as well, why was he being singled out? It looked racially motivated. I am taking my buisnes elsewhere.
Looked like a neat shop, however I walked around for over 5 minutes while there were zero other patrons present and at least 3 employees on the floor and NOONE said a word to me. That is until it seems I was in the way of some girl who was apparently raised by wolves, as she moved some merchandise from one rack to another. She REFUSED to go around me or wait a moment til I moved. At this point I walked out.

We just were here today and I will never go there again my husband was waiting for me to try and dress on and was standing back away from the dressing rooms I went to come out the Chinese lady starts rasing her voice at my husband telling him get back away from the dressing rooms first of all curtains are closed second of all my husband was no where near anyone there was no reason for her to yell like that I told her and the manager I wont ever step foot in this store again
Got here on a Wednesday. It says 10am open time. They did not open store until 11am. Dressing rooms are awful cant even close the curtain. Ppl can literally see you changing. Not to mention they have this harsh light above your head that makes everything look like trash.
Im not the type to write bad reviews but i feel i was disrespected . I've never had this typed of customer service experienced in this store before until sunday 09-6-2016. I had purchase a dress at the N East mall windsor . It was a gift for my niece . When i bought it i told the lady that helped me i wasn't sure of her size and she kindly told me if it didn't fit she would gladly do the exchange for me. I was in the arlington area this particular day and decided to go into this location for the exchange. The manager (a black lady) whom refuse to give me her name was rude , disrespecful, and offensively impolite. I understand there is a store policy for dresses exchange but there was no need for her to aggravate , disrespect me and act discourteous for what i had asked. She basically told me to go back to the other store very rude and with poor customer service for being a manager. After i politely asked for her name , she replied with "what's your name?" I kindly stated that i was unsatisfied with her service and told her i was going to make this review wished her to have a very nice day and walked out. A few minutes later she came out , told me she might be able to do something for me ; explain the store policy and told me only for that day she was going to make an exception to make the exchange (still in a rude kind of way forcing her self to be nice). Today i went back to the N east mall store and was able to make the exchange with no problem.
service is meh. i come there quite often, and sometimes it’s decent, sometimes you will be ignored. the manager is nice though! once again, cute clothes but the workers act like it’s a burden to say hello..
I will never ever shop here again and do not recommend anyone shop here. I came out with my daughters to get a couple dresses. Horrible costumer service (Laureana P.) I waited in line for the cashier to check out costumer in front of me waited over 10 minutes then after waiting get skipped and she calls another costumer who had just got in line on the opposite side. I asked the lady why I was skipped if I had waited and was ignored. When it was finally my turn I ask to speak to a manager which was no help what so ever and actually laughed in my face. After all that they threw all 3 dresses in one bag instead of putting them in the individual ones like they normally do. Very unprofessional will never go back. I wonder if the owners even care that their employees treat their costumers like that.

girls here are so rude and condescending. went to checkout and was completely ignored while four of them stood around a computer talking about something on the screen when i asked if it may b a shoplifter trying to make friendly conversation , they look up looked me up and down , made a gross look at me and said ".....no" then proceeded to whisper something to eachother and snicker at me . will NOT be returning i was frankly just shocked that the little gru in the middle that looked like a grown woman in her late 20s acted like that to try and look cool to her little minions , there was one really sweet girl in the dressing room! who was rlly sweet , she made the experience amazing
