I went to this store; the clothes are beautiful, but the staff is incredibly racist and treats you terribly. I went to try on a dress with a friend, and a really mean girl, I think she was Mexican, snatched it from us. Then we tried to exchange an item, and they were incredibly rude. Honestly, check before you buy, or go somewhere else.

Professional attention
I like shopping at this store but the people that work there are super rude! It like they wanted me to do their job for them. They got mad because I gave them the clothes I wasn’t taking and told me that next time to hang in in a specific spot and gave me attitude. I asked them about a dress I saw online and they just said they didn’t have it and kept talking to each other. This isnt the first time they are rude and they need to do something about it.
If I could leave less than one star I would. Believe the reviews. The staff was incredibly rude. They posted a sign that they’re fitting rooms would close at 7 PM. At 6:15 they refused to allow our daughters to try on dresses. When we arrived 20 minutes before 7 PM to see what the fuss was about, they informed us that they had allowed the last people in the fitting rooms, and that was going to be it while 4 fitting rooms we’re available. They were more interested in closing for the evening, on a Saturday, than making sales. If I were the owner of this business, I would be furious with the staff. Avoid this business like the plague. You don’t get to 3.1 stars on Google reviews without a serious lack of effort on the staff’s part.
Just want to let owner / manager know that your employees turn customers away and don’t let them try on clothes in the fitting room 30 min before closing so they can clean up
Came in to buy my daughter some dresses for a family vacation and wow they had so many great options. We ended up buying a couple of really cute dresses. We got great customer service from a pregnant woman as well (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name). Prices were pretty reasonable and we even got a gorgeous gown on discount. Will definitely be returning in the future next time we need a dress!
I had a really disappointing experience at the Colorado Mills location in Lakewood. I was shopping for my daughter and grabbed a different size since the first one didn’t fit, and an employee named Sandra started raising her voice at me in front of other customers instead of calmly explaining the policy. I was completely willing to follow the rules, but the way it was handled was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The manager did not address it in the moment and told me to email instead. I usually enjoy shopping here, but this interaction really ruined my experience.
MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CLOTHES FOR INK TAGS! Visited this store the other night, and they left an ink tag on it… when I walked out nothing beeped? I got home (live in Breckenridge) 2 hours away to find out it has an ink tag on the shirt still… I’ve reached out to multiple customer service reps and have gotten absolutely no help. I will never shop there or give this company any of my money.
