I usually loved shopping at this store, lately april 14th, I went to purchase a prom dress for my upcoming event and when I got home I noticed the quality and everything of the dress was off, I figured maybe they gave me the wrong one since the one I tried on didnt have a tag and confused it to give me one with the tag (im a size small and the tag says L). I went back april 20th to see if I could do an exchange for the right one, nothing. A return, nothing at all. First, the dress was in the worst condition which was also my mistake for not noticing if they put the right one in the bag or not and second, the policy is understandable but not in this case at all in my opinion..
This locations says it closes at 6:00 but if they have a line they won”t let people in at 5:00pm
The manager, Jules, at Colorado Mills, provided me with superb customer service, helping me with a complicated return, with a wedding day deadline and dresses for 6 young women. I was so grateful for her kind and professional behavior.
Alyssa + Deanna are AMAZING. They helped direct me to everything I needed and although they were closing in 30 minutes, they never made me feel rushed. (trust me, I hated being the person that walked in right before close, but unfortunately it was the only time i had before my trip) Another customer walked in as well after me and they were so helpful with them as well! Truly some of the sweetest, most hard working women. They definitely deserve the recognition.
Great selection of dresses. It would have been nice to see more A-line or skater dress options. We were able to narrow down our options and found a dress for Homecoming.
Redoing my entire wardrobe and my daughter was looking for a dress. Me and my 2 kids went in Friday night Oct 10. The rudest staff ever!! If employees don't want to be treated in such a manner (rightfully) then how can treat their customers with total disrespect. The entire staff there last night is the sole reason why we will not step foot back in your store.

My package has said delivered for multiple days now and I have not received anything. I have reached out to customer service and completely been ignored. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
