I loved buying my souvenirs in this store! If though we had just a few minutes before closing, the front desk/sales associate was very kind and super welcoming! I’d love coming back here.
I stopped here when I was in Denver on business in July 2018, the store was well put together, the displays were impressive and the store looked like someone took the time to do it right. I went back to by my wife something when I was back in town this January. The store was absolutely disappointing. The displays were sloppy and thrown together, staff acted like it was a chore to help and overall the place looked like nobody was trying. It was a great place but something happened unfortunately.

Was in your store to look for souvenirs since visiting Colorado and being downtown on the 16th St. mall and there was a manager in there by the name of Tae and she help me find everything I was looking for to take back home to my family. Thank you for the hospitality and great customer service.
Cool shop, friendly staff and reasonable prices
I had bought a gift at the Boulder store that we didn’t end up giving, and since we live in Aurora, we went to the Denver location for a refund. At first I was told we couldn’t get one since we’d bought it at another store, but Kristin was kind enough to work with us and get us our money back. Now that I’ve seen the store, and because of the service I received, I’ll definitely go back!
Ella was so sweet and nice. She had such friendly communication and actually smiled!! Thank you! My husband will love his hockey puck!!
Selena was absolutely wonderful so helpful in finding what we needed and so polite. Best experience in a store I have ever had because of her!
