The Dream Knit collection may be my favorite clothing. It truly is a dream. The staff at the CC location is always so helpful, especially Deb. They helped me find the perfect gift for my spouse and an entire travel ensemble for our upcoming vacation! When I couldn’t find my size/color on the floor they scoured the back. I left with all desired items in hand!!
I had top shelf customer service from Paige!! I hate shopping and I told her exactly what I needed, she gave me a few different options and including trying on, she had me out of the store in less than 10 minutes. She made it an excellent shopping experience. Thank you Paige.

Great, helpful staff. This location is run well, The other location at park meadows in lone tree has very rude and not so helpful staff so I don’t mind driving out to cherry creek to have a better experience. I had to exchange a Christmas gift that ripped and at the other location in lone tree they acted like I stole the damn pants just because I was younger and they were so rude and wouldn’t exchange them without the person who bought them for me providing “proof of purchase” which makes no sense especially because I’m a loyal customer who's made many purchases from the brand. But luckily here at cherry creek they exchanged it no problem, no questions asked and they were very nice. I think the management of this location needs to go train the crazy’s at lone tree.
The staff is either simply disappointing for products at this price point, or borderline rude. The selection is also very limited, so it's unclear what the point of this store is when you can buy online and not pay for Cherry Creek parking and Denver sales tax.
Had to return wrong size shorts from an online order and was helped quickly and easily refunded! I got the right size and they even held the same shorts in the right size for me so they were available.
The manager really needs to teach the staff about customer service and how to greet customers coming into the store. I was the only person in the store this week. Had my hands full with shopping bags and was actively looking for clothing for my husband. The staff was just chatting at the front desk check out area. Didn’t acknowledge me or ask what I was looking for, or if they could help me. I used to work in retail at Lululemon and this kind of behavior would never be tolerated towards customers. The staff only realized I was there after I plopped down $600 worth of clothing onto the checkout desk. Then never asked me if I found everything I needed or anything. The only reason I purchased the items was because we are traveling soon and my husband needed some clothes fast. Work on your customer service or I promise you you guys will not get very far. Especially with how expensive your clothing is…. Just some feedback.
Awful customer service. Staff seem lost and clueless, like they have absolute no product knowledge. After leaving disappointed with the lack of customer service I walked in a watch store and what a difference. The guy spent about 20 minutes educating me about their products, asked me all the right questions, and never felt like he was being pushy at all. He was trying to make a sale.. Perhaps vuori could use some of that same strategy and train their staff better rather than hiring pretentious people?
Went into this store during the busy holiday season and I was well taken care of! My husband needed to exchange a shirt and they employees made it so easy. Customer service was great even though it was hectic when we went! 10/10!!
Went into the store and was so pleased by the customer service. I just moved here and I used to hate going to malls to buy things, but needed to go to vuori for a present for someone and was very surprised by my experience. Everything was so organized and had someone ask me if I needed help right away. The clothing here is such great quality and will for sure keep buying and coming back to this mall!
