I own every solid pair of shorts and shirt this company makes, all my shorts tear in the same spot, all my drawstring metal tips have came off my shorts. For $84 a pair you expect better quality. When I went through the tedious process to report this to vuori they offered me 15% off, mind you they give a higher discount to new customers
Wow are the workers in there completely clueless. I was looking for a pair of popular shorts. Clementine 2.0 and no one knew what I was talking about. They kept showing me different kinds of shorts but no the tones I wanted.
I’m not surprised to see this store doesn’t have as high ratings. First of all, I wasn’t greeted when I entered, eventually when the employees in the corner finished their conversation, I was greeted. It felt like the entire staff was new because no one could help me find what I was looking for and they couldn’t provide any recommendations. Didn’t seem like anything in my size was on the floor and constantly had to try and find someone to look in the back. I just gave up in the end and ended up with a pair of shorts instead of the couple items I was looking for. It was the most difficult shopping experience for a brand I was excited to shop at. Drive to Park Meadows, it’s worth it.
I’m fundamentally against paying for the “privilege” of spending money in your store. If you don’t validate parking then I have to pay to be able to buy stuff? Sorry, don’t waste your time coming to this mall.
Stopped in just to browse and walked out with a few outfits thanks to Dave and Diego. Genuinely helpful customer service and the Sunday Joggers are an absolute must-have.
Not surprising how this store has received multiple low ratings. I had a nice interaction with one associate but a male associate in particular was very rude to me, his name is Ben BTW. Scroll through and you'll see other reviews of negative interactions. He was annoyed and rude during our interaction. Heavy breathing, sighing, with a self righteous tone. You work in retail dude, you're not a rocket scientist. Frankly I don't understand why he's still employed there. This shows you the values of this particular store. Don't work in customer service if you can't handle being civil to others. I would suggest you take your money to the Park Meadows location. It's worth the drive, you don't pay for parking and the sales associates are pleasant. P.S. Don't be like Ben
Nothing worse than ending up at cherry creek mall on a weekend but the wonderful and efficient service here was a nice respite to the chaos.

I purchased almost $500 worth of Vuori shorts and other things at their Boulder store yesterday. Less than 24 hrs later, I brought my shorts into Cherry Creek to see if the next size up worked better. In doing so, they recommended another Kore style as well. Good recommendation as I liked them. Went to buy them and a pair of pants I liked and asked if I could still get my 20% off new customer discount from yesterday. They checked with their manager and she said no. Ridiculous that this would have been a significant spend in 24 hrs and the reason I was there was to possibly exchange for a new size. They didn't bother to take that into account. All the staff helping me pick out styles and size were great. The decision of the manager seemed short sighted and I left with buying another $200+ worth of product
Vuori Cherry Creek recently expanded to a larger location, which is exciting to see as the company continues to grow. I am a big fan of Vuori and appreciate their mission and vision. However, I had a disappointing experience with two male staff members who were rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason when I needed assistance with returning a jacket that didn't suit me. It's disheartening that in 2024, people should still treat others, including those who identify as gay, with respect. Thankfully, my experience took a positive turn when I received help from an amazing woman named Ava. She went above and beyond to assist me, even putting together outfits based on my preferences and fetching clothes for me to try on. I am grateful for Ava's kindness and dedication as a Vuori employee. Ava's exceptional customer service skills and dedication would make her a valuable addition to the Boulder location, where she would fit right in with the other amazing employees. The Boulder location, is known for its outstanding service and wonderful atmosphere.
