We love our new home! Our friends/real estate agents referred us to Upchurch Builders. This was our first experience with a new home build and Upchurch Builders guided us along the way patiently answering our questions, making recommendations and accommodating our requests. The line item budget/plan they prepared was very detailed and as we paid those line items we knew where each penny was going to the subcontractors with no builder markup. The builder is also hands-on doing work such as trim work, custom closet and custom barn wood ceiling in the bedroom. And we liked working with Lee, Mandy and Steven on a personal level. We couldn’t ask for a better result!
