Two Birds One Stone

This place was nice, but the food and prices were very disappointing. I waited an hour for my burger because they got it wrong. The server blamed the cook, and the person who brought my food blamed the server, though they were all polite. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t particularly special either. I paid $14.50 for a small burger with bacon and chips. My wife got a chicken sandwich and lemonade and the whole tab came out to $41 including a 20% “service charge.” That wasn’t cool. If you’re looking for something conveniently located near the river walk, you may consider Two Birds One Stone, but if you just want a great place to eat, I could give a lot of other recommendations.

We really want to love Two Birds One Stone. The location and atmoshpere is fabulous. However, I feel they need new managment quickly. We are season ticket holders for the KC Current and have tried twice to go prior to a game and both times they were closed. Open up before the game on game day. Friday night we were there and they announced last call at 9pm on a FRIDAY night. I just dont see how this can be sustainable. Hopefully they will figure it out.

I love the riverfront & I finally made it over to try this spot. The entire space is a vibe - especially the outdoor area with the fire pit. The burger was delicious & and I’ll be back by for a drink soon!

I think I found my new favorite spot. My family came for the Mexico game and were blessed with amazing service and an even more amazing experience. I don’t usually write reviews but had to give a shoutout to our server Emma she was very kind and helpful even with my little ones. She made sure we were always taken care of. Love the big screen for games and the selection of local beer.

Stopped in while my group was in watching the season opening game. I invited some company to hang out during my wait. It was my first time here and they had a new spring menu (wish I would've snapped a pic of it). FOOD: 4⭐️ We first ordered the chili-lime cucumbers. It was an interested flavor combination. We weren't asking fan and dontnreallynrecommend them. To me... it would've been better if it was sweet instead of salty. We ordered the GARDEN NACHOS after seeing another order come from the kitchen. We chose to add chicken. When our order arrived, it didn't have nearly as much veggies / lettuce or pickled jalapeños. That part was dissapointing. However, they brought more jalapeños out. The nachos were DEFINITELY tasty, the cheese sauce (which I normally don't care for) was very scrumptious and had a unique flavor, and the pickled jalapeños were fantastic with a nice spice I couldn't figure out. I definitely recommend them. SERVICE: 5⭐️ They were very helpful and accomidating. ATMOPSHERE: 5⭐️ It's a nice outdoorsy sports bar and beer pub. We chose to sit inside... but I really enjoyed how the doors opened up to the fresh air. Lots of different ages were also enjoying themselves as well. I will definitely go back when wanting a laid back place to hang out and eat some good grub.

What a fun and neat concept. A beer hall and garden with a upper level nice cocktail lounge! Great view, tasty drinks, wonderful service and tapas to die for!

Nice place by the river. Parking was a little tight with the construction going on. Food was good, we sat outside but there was some seating inside. They brought out the food pretty fast.

I only had a couple of beers and no food. The bartenders were really friendly and helpful. There was a beautiful fireplace outside where I sat. It was nice to be right on the river. The music covered multiple eras and wasn't too loud at all. Perfect to create a nice ambience.

Jesse was an awesome server at Two Birds and One Stone. He really knows his sours and recommended a few sour beers I’d never even heard of, and they ended up being fantastic. Beyond that, he was just a genuinely down-to-earth guy. We chatted about different breweries, and he gave me some great recommendations for beer companies I hadn’t tried before. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does without making it feel forced. Thanks, Jesse, for the great conversation and the recommendations. You made my visit a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

GPS may have you turn left but should be right turn. Entrance faces the river. We picked a beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy a lovely lunch. The “In Rouge” cocktail is a nice blend with Titos and other flavors and is not too sweet. I enjoyed the Blackened Chicken Wrap which was awesome and plentiful along with the house chips which I highly recommend and my friend had the ribs and chips. All were great. Waitress was friendly and efficient. Great outdoor space.
